The United Kashmir Peoples National Party

[UKPNP] is a revolutionary ideological Party with

scientific nomenclature. The UKPNP is determined

to bring about a national democratic revolution in

the United States of Kashmir. The UKPNP is

struggling for the realization of the right of self-

determination of the Kashmiri nation besides

independence and sovereignty of the motherland

in line with the internationally recognized

principles. The UKPNP is destined to take forward

the mission of the establishment of an

exploitation-free society on scientific lines.


pledges to struggle to create unity and cohesion

among the labourers, peasants, students,

intellectuals and other patriotic and progressive

forces to bring about a national democratic

revolution. The national democratic revolution

shall serve as a first step towards the

establishment of an exploitation-free order, which

is the sole path to liberate the Kashmiri nation

from the shackles of imperialism and capitalism.

Then all the oppressed communities shall have a

chance to utilize their natural skills and

capabilities. The uplift of productive minded forcesis imperative to fulfill material needs of all

segments of society. That is why, we have chosen

the national democratic revolution to be our goal.

On the international front, the UKPNP stands for

the international labour movement and the

internationalism, in order to resist the world

imperialism and its stooge powers. The UKPNP

believes in safeguarding the global peace and

launching joint endeavors for the uplift of the

mankind. The UKPNP further believes in the unity

and integrity of workers, and oppressed and

justice loving forces of all the regions to fight

imperialism, neo colonialism and hegemony and to

promote relations with patriotic, progressive and

revolutionary parties of all the countries.

Aims & Objectives:

The United Kashmir Peoples National Party is

determined to launch strenuous struggle against

the external and internal oppression till the

Kashmiri people get complete freedom. The

UKPNP shall implement its programme through a

gradual and phase wise process. The primeobjective of the UKPNP is to establish an

exploitation free society. However, for that

purpose, it is imperative that first of all, the

motherland is liberated from the foreign

occupation.

To start with, the UKPNP shall seek to establish a

sovereign, democratic and progressive society

within Kashmir through a national democratic

revolution. There would be numerous difficulties

and problems during the long struggle for the

achievement of these supreme objectives.

Therefore, the UKPNP shall move forward in league

with democracy as well as independence loving

and revolutionary forces of the world in general

and the justice and democracy loving, progressive

and revolutionary forces of Pakistan and India in

particular. The UKPNP shall launch relentless

struggle to promote unity and harmony in the rank

and file of patriotic, nationalist and progressive

forces across the board. The UKPNP shall fully try

to promote political and scientific education among

labourers, peasants, students, women and other

vulnerable segments of the society and shall help

them give up outdated concepts and promoteprogressive thoughts.

The United Kashmir Peoples National Party firmly

believes that only a peoples democracy can

ensure political, economic and democratic rights of

the people, and this form of democracy can

obviously flourish through a national democratic

revolution. However, in the present

circumstances, the UKPNP shall make relentless

efforts to get the minimum democratic rights for

the people and for that purpose; it shall try to

enter into alliance with all patriotic, democracy

loving and progressive parties and forces.

Article No 1: Title, Secretariat, Song and Flag of Party:

1) Title of Party: The title of Party shall be The

United Kashmir Peoples National Party.

2) Abbreviation of Party Title: The

abbreviation of the Party shall be the UKPNP.

3) Secretariat: In view of the current difficult

conditions, the Party Secretariat can be set up at

any place by majority opinion of the National

Council and the Central Committee of the Party.

4) Party song: The Party shall have its ownsong which shall have the status of national

anthem under the Party constitution.

5) Flag: The Party flag shall be of a rectangle

shape in red colour with four white stripes on

the bottom and a pentagram [five pointed star]

in the center.

Article No 2: Definitions:

1) The United States of Kashmir:

The United Kashmir Peoples National Party[UKPNP] is a practical symbol of national unity

and cohesion among the Kashmiri nation and

communities living in Kashmir. Its objective is

to establish an independent national democratic

society on the basis of just intra-communityrelations. Therefore, the term The United

States of Kashmir, wherever mentioned in the

Party documents, shall mean the states forming

the federation of Kashmir i.e., states of Gilgit,

states of Jammu [Dogart], states of Ladakh,

states of Baltistan, states of Poonch, states of

Brushal and states of Kishtawar.

2) Kashmir Nation and Communities:


[UKPNP] while realizing the right of governance

of the community people, envisages that besides

the Kashmiri nation, seven other communities

settled in the United States of Kashmir, shall

have equal share in the new political set up

[independent and sovereign Kashmir], and they

will enjoy an autonomous status of province in

the supreme state demography. Therefore, the

term of Kashmiri nation and communities,

wherever mentioned in the Party documents,

shall mean besides Kashmir nation, the Dogra

community, Ladakhi community, Balti

community, Gilgiti community, Poonchi

community, Brusheki community and Kishtawari

community.

3) Kashmiri Nation:

Kashmiri nation means a modern nation who

shall not be raised through the use of machinery

of state oppression, but by virtue of independent

and voluntary alliance of different communities.

Besides, this nation shall uphold the aboveprinciples to make strides for its survival and

evolution. Therefore, the term Kashmiri nation,

wherever used in the Party documents, shall

mean besides Kashmiri nation, the people

belonging to the Gilgiti, Dogri, Ladakhi, Balti,

Broshashki, Poonchi and Kishtawari

communities.

4) Party:

The United Kashmir Peoples National Party is a

well consolidated national democratic party

comprising Kashmiri nation and different

communities, which has come into being through

the alliance of different community upholding

their identity and equal status, under the

principles of democratic centralism. The Party is

determined to work for the promotion of a just

intra-community relationship in the new Kashmir

[independent and sovereign Kashmir] to achieve

the national independence, and to bring people

belonging to different communities on a single

platform without the discrimination of caste and

creed, religion or region in order to provide them

equal chances of progress and growth to makethem part of a broader national democratic

movement.

Article No 3: Membership

Every citizen of The United States of Kashmir

wherever he does live, having agreed to the basic

ideology and constitution of the UKPNP with a

desire to play an active and meaningful role in the

Party activities, rising above all ethnic, linguistic,

sectarian, regional, tribal and gender

discrimination and prejudices, having accepted

both in terms of ability and capability the

constitutional and democratic decisions setting

aside his personal and individual interests, shall be

accepted as a member of the Party. It shall be

obligatory for the Party member to focus on study

and accept the Party programme with full wisdom.

Any citizen of The United States of Kashmir having

a minimum age of 16 years, can become a

member of the Party.

Functions of Party Members:

1) The Party members shall thoroughly study the

basic information, literature, principles, policies

and decisions of the Party on scientific lines;

2) The Party members shall remain committed to

the principle that interests of the Party and the

people are above each and everything. They

shall keep the private meetings subservient to

the interests of the Party and the people and

shall be on the forefront to face the difficulties

and shall lag behind all while enjoying luxuries;

3) The Party members shall fully abide by the

decisions of the Party, and shall remain ever

ready to accept every responsibility assigned to

them from time to time. They shall actively

accomplish every task assigned by the Party to

them;

4) The Party members shall uphold unity and

cohesion in the Party, avoid all factionalism,

factional outfits and petty factional activities and

shall resist every form of duplicity and

conspiracies;

5) The Party members shall remain loyal and

committed to the Party, shall equate their word

and deed, shall neither hide their political

thoughts nor twist the facts. The Party

members shall boldly point out and address

mistakes and slackness;

6) The Party members shall keep close contact

with the people, publicize the ideology and

programme of their Party and in case new

problems do erupt, they shall go to the people;

7) The Party members shall play an ideal and

leadership role in study and other social

activities;

8) The Party members shall come into action in

every odd and difficult hour to protect interests

of the motherland and its people; and

9) The Party members, irrespective of which

office they hold, must remain attached to any

chapter or branch of the Party so that they are

able to formally take part in the Party activities.

Rights of Party Member:

(9) Each Party member shall have the right to

attend a meeting of the relevant organ of

the Party and to go through the relevant

documents of the Party branch;

(10) Each Party member can express his

opinion and put forward his proposals about the

functions of the Party;

(11) Each Party member can poll his vote andcontest Party election;

(12) Each Party member has the right to

express difference of opinion and criticism for

the sake of improvement;


inform the relevant branch of the Party about

violation of Party discipline, if any, by any office-bearer or member of the Party and activities

prejudicial to the Party policies;


defend himself against allegations, if any,

leveled against him; and

(15) Each Party member has a right to quit theParty at any time.

Article No 4: Organizational setup of the Party

The organizational set up of the Party shall be

based on democratic principles. The Party

members shall be subservient to their respective

Party branch. Minority shall be subservient to the

decisions of majority. All members and branches

of the Party shall be subservient to the National

Council and its Central Committee.

The Party shall have two supreme bodies: 1)National Council; and 2) Central Committee.

1) National Council:

The National Council, basically a body of the

collective political leadership of Kashmiri nationand the communities, shall be responsible to take

practical steps to frame political policy of the Party,

to resolve issues concerning procedure, and to

promote programme of the Party. The National

Council shall also be responsible to take practical

steps for the solution of political, social and

economic problems of all the Kashmiri

communities, to promote national democraticmovement, to unite the people under the

revolutionary flag of the Party and to adopt a

revolutionary approach for the final victory of the

people.

a) Members of National Council andProcedure of Election:

The National Council shall comprise a total of 200

members. The members of the National Council

shall be elected by the zonal units and members of

the Party. Presidents and Secretaries of the zonal

units and foreign branches of the Party while all

officer bearers of the central cabinet shall be the

ex-officio members of the National Council for a

period of three years. The National Council shall

meet once in a year. However, the term can be

extended or reduced.

b) Powers of National Council:

The National Council shall be the most powerful

organ of the Party with the following powers:

(1) To elect Central Committee;

(2) To amend, cancel or ratify decisions of the

Central Committee

(3) To frame policies of the Party; and

(4) To review or amend constitution and manifestoof the Party.

c) Procedure to Call Meeting of National

Council

The Central Secretary General with the consent of

the Central Committee shall issue a notice to call a

meeting of the National Council. The notice shall

be issued to the members of the National Council

at least 60 days before the date of the meeting.

The date and venue of the meeting shall be

decided by Central Committee. In extraordinary

circumstances, a minimum of 120 members shall

be eligible to requisition a meeting of the National

council.

2) Central Committee:

The Central Committee comprising 40 members

shall be the supreme policy making body of the

Party. The members of Central Committee shall

be elected by National council.

a) Powers of Central Committee

a. The Central Committee shall work in the

light of the manifesto, constitution of the

Party and decisions of the National

Council;

b.The Central Committee shall elect the central

officer bearers;

c.The Central Committee shall be responsible

for listening to complaints against the Party

officer bearers, to probe them and to take

disciplinary action;

d.The Central Committee shall determine the

number of members of National Council and

procedure for their election;

e.The Central Committee shall meet for at

least four times in a year. The meeting shall

be called by the Secretary General of the

Party. However, this period can be extended

or reduced;

f. If a member of the Central Committee

remains absent for four consecutive meetings

without intimation, the Central Committee can

take disciplinary action against him, which

may lead to the suspension of his membershipor expulsion from the committee. However,

members of Central Committee settled abroad

are exempted from it.

g.One-thirds members of the Central

Committee shall constitute the quorum.

Besides, Presidents and Secretaries of the

overseas branches shall be the ex-officio

members of the Central Committee and they

shall be in addition to the exact strength of

the Central Committee.

h.Honorary members of the Central Committee

shall be taken from the friendly and allied

parties also. However, they shall be

nominated by their respective parties.

i. The Central Committee is empowered to

enter into alliance and coordinate with

progressive and nationalist organizations and

take steps to promote unity, launch joint

struggle with them, frame foreign policy of the

Party, take steps to establish close contacts

with international revolutionary movements

and the national liberation movements, take

concrete measures to publicize the Party

programme and to establish close contactswith international organizations, set up

diplomatic missions abroad to motivate the

world public opinion in favour of the Partys

stand and liberation of the Kashmiri nation;

and to make coordinated efforts for the

promotion of peaceful co-existence and intra-

state relations.

Article No 5: Central Officer Bearers

1) Chairman; 2) Vice Chairman; 3) Secretary

General; 4) Deputy Secretary General; 5) ChiefOrganizer; 6) Deputy Chief Organizer; 7)

Secretary Finance; 8) Press Secretary; 9)

Secretary Foreign Affairs; 10) Secretary Women

Affairs; 11) Secretary Students Affairs; 12)

Secretary Cultural Affairs.

Functions and Powers of Central Officer

Bearers:

1) Chairman:

Chairman shall be the head of the Party. He shall

look after functions and interests of the Party. He

shall be competent to call an emergency meetingof the Party; announce Party policies; shall preside

over meetings at the central level; shall guide the

Secretary General in determining agenda of the

scheduled meetings; shall nominate in-charge of

Partys central secretariat; and represent the Party

in national and international conferences.

2) Vice Chairman:

In the absence of Chairman, the Vice Chairman

shall be the Acting Chairman and shall exercise all

powers of the Chairman.

3) Secretary General:

The Secretary General shall call a meeting of the

Central Committee; shall establish contacts with

different organizations abroad as per the policy of

the

Party; shall coordinate contacts among Party

branches; shall be responsible to dispatch

literature based on the Party policies and convey

orders of the Central Committee to the Party

branches; shall work out agenda of the Central

Committee; shall coordinate activities of zonalbranches of the Party; shall work as organizer of

the National Council and the Central Committee;

shall be responsible to maintain Party record and

keep and take care of all necessary documents;

and shall be competent for taking basic steps for

the promotion of Party policies.

(4)Deputy Secretary General:

Deputy Secretary General shall assist the

Secretary General and in the absence of Secretary

General, he shall be Acting Secretary General with

all powers of the Secretary General.

(5) Chief Organizer:

Chief Organizer shall be responsible to organize

the Party. He shall deliver membership record to

the Central Secretariat. He shall be competent to

pay visits in the country, activate the Party and

coordinate activities of the Party members in

consultation with the Secretary General.

(6) Deputy Chief Organizer:

Deputy Chief Organizer shall assist the ChiefOrganizer and in the absence of Chief Organizer,

he shall be the Acting Chief Organizer and shall

exercise all powers of Chief Organizer.

(7) Finance Secretary

The Finance Secretary shall be responsible to

collect Party funds, maintain record of funds and

use the funds with the approval of Chairman and

Secretary General.

(8) Press Secretary

The Press Secretary shall make arrangements for

the publicity and projection of activities of the

Party; shall issue statements based on Party

policies to the media; shall keep record of Partys

activities; and shall be responsible for publication

of Party literature in line with the policies of the

Central Committee.

(9) Secretary Foreign Affairs

The Secretary Foreign Affairs shall be responsible

to pass on programme and stand of the Party to

different parties, diplomatic missions, heads ofstate and government as well as international

political organizations under the foreign policy as

devised by the Central Committee.

(10) Secretary Womens Affairs

The Party firmly believes that womens

participation in the practical politics is imperative

for the liberation and sovereignty of motherland

and for the establishment of a prosperous society.

The Party shall take basic steps to bring unity

among the women folk and create political

awareness among them so that this half portion of

the population is able to play an active and

meaningful role. The Secretary Womens Affairs

shall be responsible for taking basic steps to

achieve these objects.

(11) Secretary Students Affairs

The Secretary Students Affairs shall be the in-

charge of students affairs. He shall help resolve

problems and issues of the Students Wing of the

Party. Besides, he shall present a report on allactivities of students to the Central Committee.

(12) Secretary Cultural Affairs

The Secretary Cultural Affairs shall take solid steps

to promote cultural activities. He shall organize

different cultural functions, including literary and

folk heritage events. He shall take concrete steps

for the promotion of culture of all communities.

Article No 6: Regional Branches

Keeping in view the present situation of Kashmir,

the regional branches of the Party have been

divided in three zones.

(1) Jammu Kashmir Zone

(Indian Administered Kashmir)

(2) Gilgit Baltistan Zone

(Pakistan Administered Kashmir)

(3) Azad Kashmir Zone(Pakistan Administered Kashmir)

Keeping up the spirit and discipline of the central

set up of the Party, all zonal branches shall be free

to take decisions in accordance with the zonal and

local needs of their respective zones. These zonal

branches shall function till the current partition of

Kashmir is done away with and the motherland is

liberated.

Organizational set up Partys zonal branches

1) Zonal Council 2) Zonal Committee

(3) Zonal Cabinet

(1) Zonal Council

The powers and functions of the Zonal Council

comprising 100 members, shall be the same as of

National Council as provided under sub clause 1 of

Article 4. However, the Zonal Council shall serve

as a zonal unit of the Party. The Zonal Council

shall be elected by members of Tehsil and District

Council and office-bearers of the unit.

(2) Zonal Committee

The Zonal Committee comprising 15 members

shall be elected by Zonal Council. The powers and

functions of the Zonal Committee shall be the

same as have been delegated to Partys Central

Committee under clause 2 of Article No 4.

However, the Zonal Committee shall be considered

a regional unity of the Party.

(3) Zonal Cabinet

The Zonal Committee shall constitute a ZonalCabinet consisting of the following office bearers:

(1) President (2) Vice President 3) General Secretary

(4) Deputy General Secretary

(5) Finance Secretary 6) Press Secretary

(7) Secretary Womens Affairs 8) Organizer

(4) Powers and Functions of Zonal Cabinet

(1) President:

The President shall be the head of Zonal Cabinet.

The President shall preside over meetings of Zonal

Cabinet, Zonal Committee and Zonal Council. He

shall be responsible for Party affairs relating to his

zone. He shall be responsible to take steps to

organize Party in his zone and to activate it

according to the policies of the Party. He shall

present a report to the Central Committee on the

affairs of his zone. He shall be responsible to

convene emergency meetings of the Zonal

Cabinet, Zonal Committee and Zonal Council. The

General Secretary shall assist him in preparing

agenda for the meetings at the zonal level.

(2) Vice President:

The Vice President shall assist the President, and in

the absence of President, the Vice President will be

Acting President and will exercise powers of the

President.

(3) General Secretary:

The General Secretary shall convene the meetings

of Zonal Cabinet and Zonal Committee. He shall

perform as organizer of the Zonal Cabinet and

Zonal Committee. The General Secretary shall

prepare agenda for the meetings at the zonal level.

He shall keep record of meetings of ZonalCommittee and Zonal Cabinet and take practical

steps for the promotion of Party policies at the

zonal level.

(4) Deputy General Secretary:

The Deputy General Secretary shall assist the

General Secretary, and in the absence of General

Secretary, the Deputy General Secretary will be

Acting General Secretary.

(5) Finance Secretary:

The Finance Secretary shall be responsible to

collect donations at the zonal level, keep record

and to use funds with the approval of President

and General Secretary of the zone. Besides, he

shall assist the Central Finance Secretary.

6) Press Secretary:

The Press Secretary shall make arrangements for

the promotion and publicity of Party activities at

the zonal level. Besides, he shall keep records of

publicity promotion activities of the Party at the

zonal level.

7) Secretary Womens Affairs:

The Secretary Womens Affairs shall take concrete

steps to organize and activate the women wing of

the Party. She shall be responsible for the affairs

of Partys Women Wing. Besides, she shall assist

the Central Secretary Womens Affairs.

8) Organizer:

The organizer shall be responsible for organizing

the Party on the zonal level. He shall maintain

record of the membership. He shall also assist the

Central Chief Organizer. He shall be responsible to

take steps to organize the Party.

Article No 7: Organizational set up of zonal units ofParty

1) Unit or primary domain

The primary unit of the Party shall be established

in each Mohallah, village, sector or ward having

five or more Party member. The organizational setup of Partys primary unit shall include President,

General Secretary, Finance Secretary, Press

Secretary and Organizer. All the office bearers of

the primary unit shall be elected by members with

a majority vote. The primary unit shall hold itsmeeting once in a month. The unit office bearers

shall be elected for a two-year term, after which

fresh elections shall be conducted. All scheduled

and emergency meetings of the unit shall be

chaired by the Unit President, while General

Secretary shall assist him. The Unit Office bearers

shall be responsible to solve all issues concerning

the unity with a majority vote.

(2) Tehsil Council

The office bearers of all branches of the Party on

Mohallah, village, sector and ward level in a Tehsil

shall jointly form a Tehsil Council. The Tehsil

Council shall constitute a Tehsil Cabinet with the

following office bearers:

(1) President

(2) Vice President

(3) General Secretary

4) Deputy General Secretary

(5) Finance Secretary 6) Press Secretary

(7) Tehsil Organizer


The powers and functions of these office bearers

on the Tehsil level shall remain the same as vested

in the office bearers of Zonal Cabinet under clause

4 of Article 6.

(3) District Council

The District Council shall be the biggest unit in the

Zone. The members of Tehsil Council and office

bearers of primary shall form the District Council.The District Cabinet comprising the following office

bearers shall be elected by members of District

Council with a majority vote:

(1) President

(2) Vice President

(3) General Secretary

(4) Deputy General Secretary

(5) Finance Secretary

(6) Press Secretary

(7) Tehsil Organizer


The powers and functions of these office bearers

on the district level shall remain the same as

vested in the office bearers of Zonal Cabinet under

clause 4 of Article 6.

Article No 8: Expulsion from Party

The Party shall take disciplinary action against any

member of the Party found involved in breaching

the ideology and programme of the Party. The

Party branches shall criticize or take disciplinary

action against him on the basis of nature and

severity of errors against the members who violate

Party discipline.

Following are six tiers of disciplinary action for

violation of Party discipline: Warning, strong

warning; observation within Party, suspension of

membership, dismissal from office and expulsion

from Party.

i. Procedure:

For disciplinary action against any member of the

Party, it is necessary that the concerned Party

branch holds a general body meeting to discuss

the issue and take a decision by majority vote

whether or not to issue a charge sheet. In case of

charge sheet, the member shall have to submit his

rejoinder within the stipulated period, otherwise,

he shall have to face ex parte action. The upper

level committee of the Party shall be informed

about decision of final action against any member.

The final decision shall be taken by the Central

Committee.

Article No 9: Procedure for Election

The election of the Party shall be held through

secret ballot. An Election Committee shall be

constituted for elections at every level, which shall

provide a list of candidates to the constituents and

shall supervise the electoral process. The Election

Committee shall send the list of winning

candidates to the Central Committee for

ratification.

Article No 10: Foreign Branches of Party

The Party shall set up its branches wherever the

Kashmiris live abroad. The organizational

structure of the foreign branches shall be drawn up

on the pattern of the organizational set up of the

Party on the zonal level. This set up shall be under

direct supervision of the Central Committee of the

Party.

(1) Functions of Party branches abroad:

a.To create political awareness among the

Kashmiris;

b.To motivate world public opinion about the

independence and sovereignty of Kashmir;

c. To establish contact with liberationmovements across the world and to develop

unity among them; and

d. To provide funds for Party in Kashmir.

Article No. 11: Party Funds

The Party shall remain committed to the policies of

self-dependence and self-reliance to meet its

financial needs. The Party shall never accept

conditional financial assistance from any

government or non-governmental organization or

the government itself. The Party shall get funds

from the following sources:

(1) Membership fee from the members

(2) Monthly donations by members

(3) Special donations(4) Emergency donation

The Party shall work out a procedure to use the

funds. The Foreign Secretaries shall be the in

charge of funds at their respective level of

committee organizations.

Article No. 12: Research organizations

The Party shall have the following researchorganizations, which shall perform their functions

in line with the policies of the Party:

(1) Research Council for Agricultural and

Industrial Development;

(2) Research Council for Education, Science and

Technology;

(3) Research Council for Defence,

Communication, Finance and Foreign Affairs;

(4) Research Council for Social Welfare; and

(5) Research Council for Tourism.

(1) Powers and Functions of Research

Councils:

The Research Councils of the Party shall prepare

basic documents in the light of recommendationsof the central and subordinate organs of the Party,

which shall be given formal shape after approval

from the Central Committee. These Councils shall

have all powers which shall be assigned by Central

Committee. Every Council shall have a head of the

Council with three Research Assistants as its

members. They shall perform their functions for

two years. However, the Central Committee shallhave the power to suspend or relieve the head of

any Council to acquire services of more competent

persons.

Article No 13: Subordinate Organs of Party

The United Kashmir Peoples National Party which

is determined to unite a broader spectrum of the

socio-economic notions, is of the opinion that until

and unless all revolutionary communities and

intellectuals belonging to different socio-economic

segments gather on a single platform to lead the

people, no revolution can be brought about to

bring a just socio-economic change. That is why,

the Party gives due importance to revolutionary

communities and different socio-economic entities

so that it is easy to create harmony, social and

political relationship between the Party and the

people. The basic objective of the each Party

subordinate organ is to individually create

communal and national awareness among the

people and to devise a comprehensive strategy to

meet their demands and to struggle for the

solution of all other socio-economic problems. Inthis connection, the Party shall establish the

following trade unions:

(3) United Kashmir Transport Workers

Association

(4) United Kashmir Teachers Association

(5) United Kashmir Professors Association

(6) United Kashmir Labour Association

(7) United Kashmir Union of Journalists

(8) United Kashmir Bankers Association

(9) United Kashmir Doctors Association

(10)United Kashmir Agricultural Workers

Association

(11)United Kashmir Para-medical Association

(12)United Kashmir Revenue Department

Association

(13)United Kashmir Electricity Department

above subordinate organs of the Party shall be

published.

Article No 14: Amendment

Any amendment in the Party constitution shall bemade by two-thirds majority.
