    UK Mobile B2BReferral Fees

    Vendor is responsible for sales and also collecting the correct

    proofs/documents/recording (requirement may change time to time). All sales will beconfirmed by client before processing them.

    Vendor is liable to inform the customers that any Gift/Special or any other promotional

    offer is made by client and not by the network. In all cases customer will receive bill

    every month for the length of the contract.

    SERVICES WE PROVIDE:

    I will update you on all sales within 48 hours (Time starts from next UK working day)

    PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

    The payment will be made only for CONNECTED SALES.

    I will release the payment for 15 days sales on 18th and 3rd of every month for

    connected sales only and will follow this structure. (If payment is due on 18th of the

    month then connected sales from 1st of the previous month to 15th of the previous

    month and if due on 3rd then connected sales from 16th to 30th of month before

    previous month).

    The commission may change on monthly basis or at anytime by the network and I will

    notify you same time and after that new commission rate will apply.

    PAYOUT:

    I am not responsible for paying on Referral Fees in which Client has not paid in full for thatsale. The following table shows the approximate commission of the networks:

    3 Network GBP 138 - GBP 216

    Orange Network GBP 106 - GBP 400

    GENERAL:

    I will charge back the commission if paid already or not release the commission for

    CANCELLED (means; sale is declined at time of credit check, sale has never been

    connected and customer change the mind, sale is cancelled/terminated for any reasonwithin 120 days of connection date), DUSPUTED (means customer return the handset for

    any reason) or PENDING(means; customer request to delay the delivery, sale has not

    been connected for any reason i.e. handset discontinued, deal change etc.) sales.

    I will pay back the commission if any disputed sale has been reconnected and in case of

    clawback where proofs are accepted, only 50% of commission amount will be paid back

    according to networks terms and conditions.

    Any change/delay in commission structure, payment, handsets, deals or terms and

    conditions by the network/distributor will be implemented immediately.

    If customers change mind at time of connection about the handset/deal or in case of

    handset replacement, the new commission rate will apply according to that.

    I am not responsible if Vendor makes any wrong deals/offers to anyone.

    I may hold the payment for 180 days if Vendor leaves or stops working without any

    advance notice. Full commission claw back will apply to any sale if that is a FRUAD or terminated by the

    network for any reason and that has been paid to Vendor.

    The contents of this contract will not be used / discussed / distributed or leaked to any

    other person/company without prior written consent from us.

    The following will be considered as a FRAUD sale:

    1. Wrong minutes during the offer/deal or after the deal.2. Wrong handset is advised by Vendor (Customer is agreed on some different handset

    but supplied with another handset).3. Offer/Deal/Gift has been advised wrongly (Not offered by US).

    4. Customer is agreed on one particular network, but Vendor sends me some othernetwork.

    5. Misguidance about gift/special offer/bonus etc.6. Any type of Misguidance about sale/offer/deal/terms & conditions by Vendor.7. If I receive the claw back from the network for any reason within 120 days of sale

    connection date.

    TERMINATION:

    ONE month advance notice is required for termination of this contract by either party.

    All the remaining payments will be made after 90 days of receiving the notice of

    termination by either party.

    NOTE: UK law will apply in case of any dispute.
