TELEVISIONANDRADIO:Duringthefestival,bothnationalandlocalradio&T.V.stationswillbepresent.Theymaygetintouchwiththetourmanager/representativeiftheywishtofilmorinterviewtheartist.Wewouldliketothinkthattheartistwouldacceptthisinvitation,toobviouslypromoteboththemselves,andthefestival.However;weguaranteethatnoonewillgetourpermissiontorecordanyartist,withoutwrittenconsentoftheartistortheirrepresentative.
MERCHANDISE:TheboothwillbelocatedatacentralpositionontheFestivalsite;rightoutsidethemainentrancewhereourownFestivalMerchandiseBoothislocatedtoo.Weshalladvertiseheavilyinordertomaketheaudiencevisitthebooth.Youmaydothesamefromthestageoronyourownwebsiteetc.Pleasenotethatyoucannotdeliverorsendanygoodstousforcommissionsalesoranyotherhandlingorstorage.Allbandmerchandisehandlingmustbecarriedoutbytheartists’ownstaffandattheartists’risk.Astheboothwillbelocatedinsidethefestivalarea,yourstaffwillneedtickettogotoorworkinthebooth.However,youwillneedadrivivigpermit,ifyouwanttoparkascloseaspossibletotheboothinordertounloadyourgoods.Wecannotofferyouaparkingspacenearthebooth.Werecommendyoutobringalongahandtruckasyouwillnotbeabletounloadrightnexttothebooth,-therewillbeacertaindistancedtowalk.Theuseofthemerchandiseboothisfreeofcharge,buteachband/artistcanonlyexpecttobeofferedasalesspaceintheboothonthedaythebandisplayingandintheperiodofonehourbeforethestartoftheconcerttillonehouraftertheendoftheconcert.Incaseofsurplussalesspacewecanofferyouextratime.Pleasenote,thatyouwillsharetheboothwiththestaffofotherartistsplayingonotherfestivalstages.Tomakeaboothreservationorincaseofanyquestions,pleasecontactMs.LeneMoldrupofSmukEventA/S.Deadlineforboothreservationis17thofJuly2015.E-mail:[email protected]

Themaintwinstages(calledthebeechtreestages)aresituatedinthecentreofanaturaloutdooramphitheatre.(seepictureabove).Thestagefloorsbeingdirectlybuiltonterrafirmaelevatedbyasolidrockwall1.8metresinheight.Indirectresponsetotheever---growingtechnicalandphysicalrequirementsoftouringproductions,thefestivalorganizers,andproductionteam,hasincreasedtheheightandstructuralintegrityofbothmainstages,toaccommodatethefollowingparameters.
