U12 – Regional level

First category for choosing talented players

We choose 30 best players from each region

First database from 14 regions (14x30)

Approx. 400 players under control

7 regional's teams in each group 3 matches home

3 matches away

3 matches played in autumn

3 matches played in spring Final for 2 best teams from each group

We organize camp twice a year

REVIEW OF ALTERNATION IN YOUTH FOOTBALL IN CZECH REP

all competitons based on structure sport centres and classes

This competition would be closed, without advancements and

declines. All clubs in this competiton must realize entry criteria

into the system of sport centres and sport classes

In licensed clubs implementation the academies




REVIEW OF ALTERNATION IN YOUTH FOOTBALL IN CZECH REP

Free players trensfer (player can play for 2 other teams – for his team

and for one team from higher competition)

Bring down the number of players on one minipitch (4+1) and play onmore minipitches in the same time U7-U9 / U10-U11 (5+1)

categories U-12 and U-13 will play in spacing 7+1

Point system in evaluation of sport centres and classes and everlasting

verification

Barrage system of advancements and declines in category U-19

4:4+1,19x30m, as many of 3 minipitches on one half of

classic playground, 3x10min (max 3min breaks) goal wide

U10 5:5+1 25x40m, as many of 2 minipitches on one half of

classic playground, time 3x15min (max 5min breaks) goal wide

CATEGORY U12 – U13 (schema 7+1)

on one playgroung two paralel matches

in both categories play together 16 players of each teams /

8 on each playground (now 11), play time for 1 team is 120

min (2 x 2x30), now 60 min (2x30min) in 11 on 11

every team must have minimum 20 players on roster




CATEGORY U14 – U15 (schema 10+1)

Competition of sport classes

5 group included 14 teams (group A, B, C in Bohemia,group D, E in Moravia), final tournament for 2 best teams

from each group

category U-14 and U-15 plays in spacing 10+1

every team from both categories must have 16 players on

roster

can be used repeated substitution





Competition of sport centres

Czech FA manages 43 sport centers for talented youth

SC continued on work of sport classes in their region

Every SC gets monthly grant by FA for coaches

SC must realize criteria by Czech FA to get the SC status

SC cooperate with club from their region and nearest districts

3 groups with max16 teams (2 Bohemia, 1 Moravia)

competition plays in parallel categories U-16 a U-17

each team from both categories must have 16 players on roster

each team must have SC statut

Competition of Academies

Czech FA wants to manage 24 academies

Academy can have only licensed clubs (from 1st and 2nd league)

Each academy gets monthly a grant by Czech FA for coaches

Academies must realize criteria by Czech FA to get the Academy

status (mainly to have B team in max. 4th division)

Academies cooperate with sport centres in their regions




CATEGORY U19

Competition of Academies

1st league of Academies - TOP group with 16 teams

2nd leagues (3 Groups) – group A and B in Bohemia and group

C in Moravia, all with 16 teams

competition plays only teams U-19, U-18 is canceled

each academy must have 20 players on roster

advancements and declines between TOP group and group A, B

and C could be realize streight or with barrage systém (2 matches,

home – away)
