UCC – Request ACH Approval

This manual will describe the process of requesting ACH approval with the new UCC portal.

UCC Account Number The first step is to know your UCC Account Number. In order to get this you must be an administrative

user. Once logged in click the “Administration” icon in the menu bar. If you do not see this icon, it

means you are not an administrator for the account.

At the top of the administration screen you will see the account number. It will be in the format of AC

followed by several numbers. You will need this for the request form.

Request Form To send the request for to the office, you need to go to the messages section of the portal.

Once you are in the messages section, you should click the “New Message” button on the top right of

the screen.

On this screen click the “ACH Approval Request” button. This will give you a message screen where

you can enter the required information.

Complete Request Form

1. Enter a subject value E.g “ACH Request for ACXXXX”

2. In the body of the message, we require the following information:

a. UCC Account Number (as captured earlier)

b. Contact Name

c. Contact Email Address

d. ACH Routing Number

e. ACH Account Number

f. Type of ACH Account (Checking/Savings/General Ledger)

3. Once you have entered all the required information you should hit the “send” button

Once the message is sent you will see a confirmation screen, as below. The SOS office will then

process your request.

Pay by ACH Once the ACH approval has been granted by the SOS office, you will see the “Account” and “Pay by

ACH” functions on the portal.

If you do not see the account option, it means that your approval has not yet been granted.
