Transition Project Timeline Three LMS Options were chosen for
fall trials: Sakai, Brightspace/D2L, and Canvas Representatives
from the three vendors lead pilots and support in training on the
three options in September, 2014 Significant Canvas interest
spilled over to the Free for Teachers option for some 7

halls in partnership with the Registrar Consultation, design, and
installation of multimedia for departments Provides engineering
support for Video Conferencing Quick Response Team available from
7:30 a.m. 10:00 p.m. to support the faculty and students in the 130
classrooms Night maintenance crew from 4 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. to
maintain and repair classroom multimedia equipment Focused on
increasing quick response to issues in the classroom (time lost in
