The three lecturers are Dr. Widodo (Biology), Dr. Abdurrouf (Physics), and Ir Adam Wiryawan MS (Chemistry).To PRASETYA Online, Adam Wiryawan said that there are three steps in the conference, covering meeting between the committee and members of Indonesian CI BI Associations and also national seminar that will present main speaker and parallel presenter. The conference theme is Constructing Blueprint of Special Education's Development for Smart and Specially Gifted Children in Indonesia. While the material for conference covering the government's policy in conducting special education for CI/BI children and preparation of the teachers; improvement of the capacity for sustainability of the special education program for CI/BI; education design and model for CI/BI children; development of curriculum and learning for CI/BI program; the utilization of IT in the CI/BI program Learning and Management; phenomena of underachievement on the CI/BI children; early detection of CI/BI children; evaluation of the talent by the parents; new perspective in assessing the special intelligence/talent; career planning for CI/BI children; talent, Asynchrony, and creativity; and counseling for CI/BI children. On the parallel session, three lecturers from UB Fact of Mathematics and Natural Sciences present a paper entitled "Virtual and Animated Video as a more efficient way to understand Biology for Acceleration Program Student" by Dr Widodo, "Utilization of Virtual Laboratory in Modern Physics Education for Acceleration Program Students" by Dr Rer Nat Abdurrouf MSi, and "The Use of Natural Substance for Chemistry Practice" by Ir Adam Wiryawan MS.
