The ChallengeUangTeman’s real-time credit approvals allowed them to have a high level of success in reaching the customers quickly. However, it also required them to have constant real-time engagement with their customers. They wanted to run concurrent campaigns based on specific actions made by the customer, and have contextual messaging depending on the action. This was difficult to achieve without a marketing automation platform as this type of campaigns requires intelligent automation.

The SolutionMoEngage provided UangTeman with Flows that allowed them to run campaigns that engage and retain customers, and ease in email management.

With Flows, UangTeman was able to automate the customer engagement process by sending triggered emails and push notification (in the app). They ran concurrent campaigns based on customer action such as app download, loan application, loan approval or loan amount disbursed. Using the action-based conditions, they were able to reach the right customer with accurate and direct messaging.

Due to real-time loan and credit approvals, it was crucial for UangTeman to offer personalized contextual messaging to its customers. With MoEngage Flows, they were able to drive personalized messaging based on user action on email as well as the app.

Automated CampaignsBased on customer activity on the app, UangTeman created Flows campaign with a mix of emails and push notification. They segmented the messaging based on existing, new and dormant users in this campaign, and later trickled them down based on the actions taken.

Save TimeUsing a single platform to engage, measure and analyze customer behavior; removing the human intervention to up to 90%. This, in turn, allowed the company to save time.
