Can I use an envelope or deposit slip for my deposit?Envelope-Free Banking ATMs do not accept envelopes or deposit slips. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to make your deposit. Visit WebsterBank.com/Locator to find a nearby Webster Bank Envelope-Free ATM.

How many bills or checks may I deposit?You may deposit up to 30 checks and 50 bills in one deposit transaction. Simply stack your checks or bills, and deposit them at one time into the appropriate check or cash deposit taking slot.

Why didn’t the ATM accept all of my checks/cash?For checks, the most common reason is that the account and routing number is not readable by the machine. For cash, it may be that the currency is worn or torn and cannot be verified against Treasury Dept. standards. On these rare occasions, please take the steps outlined below for assistance.
