Steps Taken:• Met weekly with Tyler Consolidated High
School CDT • CDT members reviewed and researched
character education from models for school consideration
• Members reported back to the CDT with evaluations of programs researched
• Determined group roles (facilitator, recorder, manager, and group members)
• Asked input from faculty members
