nvestigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding the death of Nicholas Arthur Miller.

That on or about June 19, 2009, in Dakota County, Minnesota, TYLAR JAMES HOKANSON caused the death of

minor child while committing child abuse (assault in the third degree), and he has engaged in a past pattern of

xtreme indifference to human life.
