③Confirm the result of calculation by manual.

⑤Click “Reply” button.

Click “Search” button, Temporary P.O. Reply List screen will be displayed.

After reply, Reply Status will become “Reply” and you won’t be able to input.

If you want to modify the reply, check “No.” and click “ Amend” button.

Then, you will be able to input again. ※Before issue of Official Order

After reply, TMMIN will approve or reject contents of the reply

(Part Price and Part Delivery Date(Supplier Promise)).

If the reply is approved, TMMIN will issue Official order.

If the reply is rejected, confirm “Reply Rejection” and reply again.

※Click the number of “Delay Reply”,

then Temporary P.O. reply that

Reply Deadline is expire will be displayed.

Click the number of “Reply Rejection”,

then Temporary P.O. reply that TMMIN rejected

will be displayed.

①Input “Actual Delivery Date”.

③ Click “Register” button.

*When receive Change Order Information after click “Register” on Shipping Information List screen, please

confirm that Shipping Information has changed item and re-click “Register”.

⑤Click “Print D/N” button, then Delivery Note will be

printed.

Click “Print Label” button, then Inner/Outer Label

will be printed.

※1 : After you set Actual Delivery Date to P.O. and click “Register” button,

even if you set the same Actual Delivery date to another P.O. and click

“Register”button, another Delivery Note No. will be granted to the P.O..

※2 : In the case of there being some data whose Delivery Note No are same

If one of them is checked, all Delivery Note No will be printed.

④After clicking “Register” button, Delivery Note No. will be granted.

If Actual Delivery date is same, same Delivery Note No will be set.

③Revise the Actual Delivery Date if “Change” is selected in operation ②.

After product’s arriving at MEID,

you can do operation to send the bill.

(All the quantity of each P.O.s in D/N must arrived.)

Click the number of “Not Sent Yet” of Billing Information,

then order that haven’t been sent the bill will be displayed.

①Input Supplier I/V No, Invoice Date (※Date that supplier bring invoice to TMMIN),

Supplier TAX No, and Due Date.

※If you check “No.” box, all “No.” boxes that have the same D/N No. will be checked

and uncheck is as well.

After ③, data of all items that have the same D/N No. will be set even if they are not displayed

on Screen.

Please search records using D/N No. and Billing Status that is “Unapproved” as search conditions

to check records which have been sent.

from Menu.

2. In the case of “Administrator Authority”,

You can set ①「Email Receiver1」, 「Email Receiver2」

and 「Email Receiver3」

3. The email addresses you entered will be set

by clicking ②”Setting” button.

4. In the case of except “Administrator Authority”,

you can set only 1 Email Receiver.
