Mondragó Nature Reserve is located in the sou-th-east of Mallorca, in the municipality of Santanyí. This protected natural park has also been declared a Natural Area of Special Interest (ANEI according to its acronym in Catalan) and it forms part of the Xar-xa Natura 2000 network as a Special Conservation Area (ZEC in Catalan) and a Special Bird Protection Area (ZEPA according to its acronym in Catalan).
