Design/Construction Issues

• We welded insulation hangers together with short cross members to create a rail. Then we bent the ends into a curve. Next, we attached the hex standoffs to each curve to support the structure and allow adjustment of the height. One issue occurred when we were welding the hangers together. The heat caused one of the hangers to warp and resulted in one of the corners being too short.
