AFSAS MUSTT:

As an Air Force on-road motorcycle rider you are required to enroll in, maintain, and have a MUSTT account in accordance with AFI 91-207, paragraph 1.3.11. – 1.3.11.6.. MUSTT was designed as a demographics tool in assisting riders with staying current on all required AF training and briefing requirements. This tool is monitored by unit Motorcycle Safety Representatives to provide commanders with the information needed to ensure all unit riders are afforded the training and briefings in a manner complying with requirements. System complies with requirements set forth through DoDI 6055.04 and AFI 91-207 for monitoring AF riders demographics, briefings and training.

ACCESSING AFSAS MUSTT MODULE:

To access MUSTT portion of the AFSAS program, use the link below. (If you don’t have an AFSAS account this link will take you through the registration process for an account.)

NAVIGATIONAL NOTES: A. This tutorial will only focus on how a new rider establishes and builds a MUSTT account.B. Items or text on a slide highlighted in RED were designed to add emphasis to the text and to correlate with

procedures outlined in the text.C. This tutorial will walk new riders through each step in establishing and building a MUSTT account.D. Any field with a RED n asterisk is a mandatory field.

If you have never had an AFSAS/MUSTT account the screen to the right will appear. Complete information and remember to click the “Yes” for “Motorcycle Rider”. Once all fields are completed click on “Create Account”. NOTE: Do not click “Continue Creating Limited Account for Scoreboard Access Only”

When you select create account you will be taken to a page requiring you to complete your demographics information. Fill in all fills, those marked by a RED * are mandatory.

The areas you will need to complete in your demographics profile include:

PERSONAL INFORMATION: From completing the screen for establishing a full account most of this section if not all will be complete. Review and move to “CONTACT INFORMATION” section.

CONTACT INFORMATION: Be sure and provide as much information here as possible to ensure you can be contacted about any special notices that may originate from your Commander, the AFSAS Requirements Group (ARG), Installation Safety Office, MAJCOM, or from HQ AFSEC.

Once satisfied all information is complete and accurate move on to the “JOB FUNCTIONS” section.

JOB FUNCTIONS: As a new rider place a check mark in the box in front of “Other (i.e. Motorcycle Rider/Student, SPO Engineer). Once you have all checks in place move to the last section “ACCOUNT INFORMATION” section.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION: Toggle the button for a Basic Account.

In the justification box type in “Motorcycle Rider IAW AFI 91-207”

Once you are confident that all fields have been filled in and are accurate click on the “Submit Application” box bottom left of screen.

Once you submit your application a new window will appear which is the “USER AGREEMENT for the AIR FORCE SAFETY AUTOMATED SYSTEM (AFSAS)”.

Read the agreement and then in the four boxes place a check mark by clicking on the box in front of the RED narrative of understanding. By clicking on the box you acknowledge you understand the rules pertaining to use of AFSAS.

Once you have read and acknowledged the restrictions click on the “Continue to AFSAS” button at the bottom left corner of the page.

NOTE: If you marked you are a motorcycle rider when you click submit and the MUSTT Homepage comes up an “Account Validation” warning may also pop up at the top of the screen showing you have not completed information as a rider. To correct click on the top warning error and work your way through all the warnings until arriving at the validation results page, then click “Logout” bottom left of screen and then log in again to make sure all changes have been made.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Mark appropriate boxes based on your professional experiences. Once marked click on “Save Professional Experience”. You will then be taken to Update Motorcycle Rider screen.

Fill in all fields, remembering that those marked with * are mandatory fields. Once satisfied all fields are complete click on “Save Motorcycle Rider” button. Lower left on screen.

MANAGE MOTORCYCLES: In this window you will enter information on any motorcycles you now have. To do this click on “Add a Motorcycle” lower left on page.

Once you click on “Add a Motorcycle” a window to Update Motorcycle will appear. Fill in all fields. Fields with black drop down arrow have predefined values that must be used.

Once complete click on the “Save Motorcycle” button. Lower Left on screen. If this is the only motorcycle you need to add at the bottom left of the “Manage Motorcycles” page will be a button labeled “Done With Motorcycles” click this.

MANAGE FILES: Window will appear after clicking done with motorcycles. On he page is where you would file copies of your briefings, any high risk unit forms that may be required, copies of your training completion cards, etc. NOTE: Do Not File Copies of Driver’s License in the Files here.

To add a file first you must have an electronic version of that file located on your computer, normally on your computer’s desktop. Click the “Add Files” button.

An Upload Files page with appear. Click the “Browse” button, locate the file you are wanting to load off your computer. When it shows the file verify it is the one you are wanting to upload and then click “Submit Upload” button.

Once file uploads the “Manage Files” window will appear. Verify your file was uploaded by checking Displaying Results. Continue to upload files as needed by clicking “Add Files”. Once no additional files need to be loaded click the “Done With Files” link, bottom left of screen.

TRAINING RECORDS: After completing the manage files windows the “Training Records” window will open. It is on this page you will upload any training completed. To accomplish this you will need to have any completion cards or briefing documents saved electronically on your desktop. To get credit for a course click on the “Request Course Credit” button lower left of screen.

REQUEST COURSE CREDIT: The request course credit window will open. Fill in all information on this page. If you have a certificate or document to support request for credit you will need to click “Yes” on Do you have a Course Completion Certificate to upload? When you do this another field for “Browse” will open. Click the Browse button and find the file you need to upload as proof of training and submit. Once complete then add in the justification box either required by AFI or by unit policy then click Submit credit request. A preview window will open showing the training you just loaded, verify it and then if done click on “Done With Training Record Data Viewer”. You have now completed your MUSTT account you can continue to review information you inputted by clicking the done with buttons or just exit by clicking on the “Logout” button bottom left of screen.
