“We consider it to be an advice industry, not a sales industry,” he says, “which is why we have found success.” Continuing, he says, “Sales come from good advice. My favorite part of the job is helping peo-ple—from loan officers to Realtors to the

clients themselves—to better understand the mortgage process.” To give back to the community, Williams and Spire have hired two members of the Global Down Syndrome Network, a nonprofit helping people living with Down Syndrome, to work as “Happiness Ambassadors” and help with tasks around the office. Last fall, his team organized a Coat Drive for the Denver Rescue Mission, collecting 600 coats for the

community. This Spring, Turner and his team participated in Builders for Babies, a drive to provide diapers to underserved families.

In his cherished free time, he enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and two young

boys, who are always on the move. He still makes time for quick trips or a few holes on the golf course. His future career goal is to grow his team until they are helping 100 families a month, which isn’t very far-fetched, due to his dedication to his clients and his community.
