Registration / Empanelment

Applicant must be registered in “e-Procurement Portal”

(https://eproc.karnataka.gov.in). After successful registration, user

must register in department website for completing the

application process.

Click on ‘New Miller Registration’ .

Click on “GET PASSWORD” button, to get the password on

registered mobile number.

After getting password, applicant has to login using below

URL to complete the application registration process.

After login, click on “Toor Miller Registration” menu

from “Masters” menu.

Fill the details as shown below

Miller/Applicant must upload the required documents as

shown below.

Click on ‘Upload Document’ to complete the document

uploading.

Click on ‘Save as Final’ to submit the application.

Click on ‘Print Application’ to get the print out of the

application submitted.

Click on Report to view/save the application submitted.
