Abstract
This paper contains about the process of making
information system to manage student grades, where the
data related to the students' scores will be stored in MySQL
database. Applications created a Web-based application
that is created using PHP programming language. Parents
will be able to monitor the progress of learning outcomes
and student attendance
I INTRODUCTION
A. Background
Vocational High School (SMK) Minhajut Thullab is
a school that was established to produce graduates who
are qualified, knowledgeable so they can advance the
technology in Banyuwangi in particular and Indonesia in
general. Currently SMK Minhajut Thullab has been
growing rapidly with the number of students reached 400
people. With such a large number of students who need a
good governance system, one of them in the management
of students' grades. But until now the value management
processes are still done manually where data pertaining
to student achievement stored in a file that is not
integrated in an information system, so much going on
inaccuracies data. This has led to the frequent occurrence
of various problems, such as the value of writing errors,
mistakes or errors of determining the ranking of student
data collection must repeat certain subjects. Besides the
involvement of parents in monitoring the development of
student learning outcomes is minimal. Results of
evaluation of learning that involves parents only when
the distribution of report cards
B. Formulation of Problem
1) How to create a system service that allows a teacher
to enter a value through the Internet
2) How to improve the participation of carers in
monitoring the development of student learning
outcomes
II Method Research
A. Method of research
The method used in Problem Analysis this study
are:

Analysis of the problem is an early stage in a study,
in this process is to identify the activities carried out

management in vocational Minhajut Thullab. we
use the method of service blueprint for analyzing
the running system in vocational
b. Field Study
After identifying the existing problems, the next
step is to conduct a field study. In this process
conducted direct interviews with the Mayor of
pupils, staff Administration, Teachers, Guardian
Class, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Principal and
students, but it also made the collection of sample
data.
c. Literature review

Studying the theories that support and are looking
for information related to this study.
d. System design
The design of the system is the determination
process and data required by the new system. A step
usually used a tool to describe the design of the
system being designed. These tools usually are
Flowchart (Flow Chart) activities undertaken at this
stage are:
1) Prepare a detailed design of the system
2) Identify a variety of alternative system
configurations
3) Evaluate the various alternative
configuration of the system
4) Choose the best configuration

From the results of research and experimentation in
the manufacture of Student Score Management
Information System, there are several conclusions
that can be taken include:
a) Use of Information Systems can reduce the
various problems that commonly arise in the
process of value management.
b) Information Systems built a web-based so that it
can be used by multiple users simultaneously.
