Study Case:

Miss S, 61 years old, came to the emergency room on January 13 , 2011 at 16:00 pm with her family , the patient has headache, and she is fatigue easily, and waist ache. the patient falls in the bathroom before being taken to the hospital. The patient have a history of hypertension and admits frequent headache but never treated in the hospital. Patients say does not have a contagious disease and has only decreased disease are hypertension , the patient's family says there is one family member who has hypertension .The physical examination showed blood pressure 220/110 mmHg; heart rates 87 beats/minutes; body temperature 36,6oC; respiratory rate 23 breaths/minutes.
