NEW DELHI, Sept 2:As he basks in glory after a

string of arrests of several want-ed terrorists during his tenure,Home Minister SushilkumarShinde today said underworlddon and India's most wantedfugitive Dawood Ibrahim willbe also brought back to India toface justice.

"We will bring one by one. Allwill come. Just wait," a beamingShinde told reporters here whenasked whether there was anychance to arrest Dawood andbring him back to India.

Dawood, who heads a vastand multifaceted illegal business,emerged as India's most wantedterrorist after the 1993 Mumbaibombings, which he allegedlyorganised and financed.

According to the US, Dawoodmaintains close links with terroroutfit Al-Qaeda. As a result, theUS declared him as a "global ter-rorist" and pursued the matterbefore the United Nations in anattempt to freeze his assets aroundthe world and crack down on hisoperations. Dawood is believed tobe living in Pakistan.

During the tenure of Shinde,security agencies successfullybrought back several wanted ter-rorists including SayedZabiuddin Ansari alias AbuJundal, key plotter of Mumbaiattack terrorists Fasih Mahmoodaka Fasih Mohammed, AbdulKarim Tunda and Yasin Bhatkal.Shinde was made the HomeMinister on July 31 last year.

Jundal, a Lashkar-e-Toiba(LeT) operative, accusedof carrying out blasts inAhmedabad railway station, theAurangabad arms haul case anda co-accused in German Bakery

blast, was deported from SaudiArabia in June 2012.

Fasih Mahmood, an LeToperative from Bihar, wasallegedly involved in the 2010Chinnaswamy Stadium blast inBangalore and a terror attacknear Jama Masjid in 2010. Hewas arrested in Saudi Arabia andsubsequently brought back toIndia.(PTI)
