PLEASE NOTE if you are new to Triley you must complete a 30mins private assessment lesson before booking any holiday activities. This enables us to ensure you can be assigned to the

correct camp group - this cost £25 - please email, PM or call to book.

Unlike our general riding school policy our cancellation policy for holiday activities is the following:

Once an activity is booked, it must be paid for in FULL. If you wish to cancel we can ONLY offer you a refund if we can find a suitable substitute rider to take your space. Cancellations must be

made via a phone call to the office (01873)890523 or by email to enquiries@trifec.com. Text mes-sages and Facebook messages are not an acceptable form of cancellation as they can often get

missed.

All horses and ponies visiting our Centre must be vaccinated. Please present your passport at the office upstairs before unloading. All riders must wear a current standard riding hat at all times whilst mounted and a current standard body protector is compulsory when using the Working

Hunter or Cross Country courses and advised when show jumping. Payment is in advance and can be taken by card over the phone if necessary but Bacs transfer is preferable. Bank HSBC sort code 40-24-11 account number 32211238 using your name and the

holiday activity and date you wish to book as the reference.
