Cadillac Ventures Inc. pursues the identification and acquisition of attractive explorationassets with near term development potential, as evidenced through historic production orhistorically identified reserves or resources.

Four key projects• Joint Venture Option with MATSA to earn up to 90% interest in numerous properties within the

Iberian Pyrite Belt of southern Spain, massive sulphide mineralization and gold in gossans. • Thierry Project – large land position over the formerly productive Thierry Mine

(copper/nickel) with significant exploration assets and PGE potential. Additional gold ground owned in the vicinity.

• New Alger Project – wholly owned patent claims encompassing historically productive Thomson-Cadillac gold mine currently joint ventured out.

• Burnt Hill Project – 51% interest in 675 claims encompassing former Burnt Hill Tungsten Mine, large exploration position, moly and tin also present.

Massive Sulphide Exploration – each of the 14 licenses in the joint venture is a massive sulphide target, due to either prior historic operations or available local information.

Winter 2009 – 3059 metres were drilled into 3 properties, unprecedented weather frustrated access and ended the program. Results from Chaparrita as seen below, in addition to a downhole EM anomaly existing at depth to the east make Chaparrita the first drill target for Summer 2010.

12Thierry Mine Project – Historical Resource

•The NI 43-101 compliant resource statement above is from Feb 2006 using a copper cutoff of 1.3% and excluding PGEs which are known to occur.•Cadillac has retained P&E to update and restate the resource for the Thierry Mine Project incorporating the data resultant from 2007 and 2008 drill campaigns.

•Located in Northwestern Ontario the Thierry Minewas in production from 1976 until shutdown in 1982.•5.26 mt of ore was processed, at shut down mineralization was still in place underground.

13Resource Update Illustrated

•The red and light blue body is the historical drilling modelled which forms the preceding resource statement.

•The 2007 and 2008 drilling is the red trace, this has not been included in a resource statement.

•The green and royal blue modelledbody is where the recent, not yet included, drilling encounters mineralization.

•This drill data will form the basis of the updated resource statement currently being produced.

1. The property has 4 areas of exploration interest, the two main ones are #1, the Thierry Mine area which extends underground and #2, the K1-1 prospect with ample surface drilling

2. Cadillac plans to do some surface drilling this summer to test the eastern extent of the Thierry area, and further explore the K1-1 prospect

• Between 1974 and 1975, 221 drill core samples from the Thierry deposit were assayed by UMEX for Pt and Pd. In 1987, UMEX staff geologist D. Unger, implemented resampling and assaying of selected diamond drill holes. In 1987, R. Dahl was retained by UMEX to undertake a complete reevaluation of the PGE potential of the Thierry mine and vicinity. – UMEX recognized the PGE value at Thierry

• (Curtis 2001) concludes on PGE “The potential for the Thierry property to host additional zones of PGE mineralization appears to be excellent. In addition the main deposit was never adequately explored for PGE’S since historically it was regarded solely as a copper (nickel) resource.”

• Puritch indicates : “The presence of platinum and palladium in the Thierry deposit has long been recognized, and small amounts of PGE’s were recovered during mining operations. UMEX estimated the concentrates contained 17,500 troy ounces of platinum, 47,000 troy ounces of palladium, 17,000 troy ounces of gold and 900,000 troy ounces of silver.”

17Pickle Gold Project

Cadillac owns 100% of the Pickle Gold property situated approximately 10 km east of Cadillac's Thierry property and located south of and adjoining the Pickle Crow property of PC Gold Inc., within 100 - 200 metres of the newly discovered Vein 20 announced by PC Gold on January 21, 2010 intersecting 20.96 g/t gold over 0.5 m at a depth of 125.6 m. Cadillac's Pickle Gold property encompasses 31 square kilometers over 21 claims, five of which are joined to PC Gold's property.
