Course: ReviewUnit: all units
Important Information on preparing SAP Consultant Education Courses: Each SAP Consultant Education Course is build of different customer courses (sometimes not all units of the customer course are used in the Consultant Course) plus additional training material relevant for consultants. Those units which are taken from the customer courses are not explained in detail in this instructor guide. In this case this instructor guide only links to the customer course instructor guide. Therefore please read the customer course instructor guides in these cases.

Training System
Data Required
The instructor uses groups ## = 00, 19 and 30 (most time he should use 20). The course participants use groups ## = 01 to 18.
User ID and Passwords for Course Participants
Reference User ID:
The standard format for User Ids is the Course ID, followed by the group number. The initial password is INIT. Use transaction ZUSR to copy these User Ids from the reference User ID.
Make the following entries: Copy from: TRAINING Copy (= name of the course): TSCM32No of exercise groups: 20Initial password: initCountry of training location:
Note: The last field country is new. In former releases the existing user was copied including it´s parameter for decimal point notation and date format (format DD.MM.YYYY for germany or MM/DD/YYYY for GB). Now these two are set by using the country defaults from customizing table T005. However the preferred logon language for the new users is the logon language for the instructor who run the copy program.
Choose Execute to create the users for the course participants by copying the copy template. In the following dialog box “Some courses require that the group numbers are unique in the system. Is this true for this course?” press No. In the following dialog box “Free group numbers... found. Create these users?” press Create.
Note: The user TRAINING has the decimal notation 1234567,89 and the Date format DD.MM.YYYY and a default Logon language DE (german). With the field you can switch this notation (for example to Date format MM/DD/YYYY).
Important note for SAP Consultant Education Trainings with a course lenght > 5 days: All training systems are refreshed each weekend. Therefore data from week 1 is not visible in the training system of week2. Therefore user Ids have to be created each week again.
Preparation in the System
See preparation for each single customer course (see instructor guides of the different customer courses, which a reused in the consultant training).
Example ABAPs
None required
CATTs
The instructor does not have to start any CATT. The following necessary CATTS are started automatically by the IT Training system administration team (in the R/3 Training system): - ZT_TSCM32 (this CATT is a copy of the customer course CATT ZT_SCM310_R3)
