LI CM NQua chuyn thc tp tt nghip by tun ti Cng ty TNHH International & Fragrances (Vit Nam) (29/6 15/8/2015) , em tm hiu v hc hi c nhiu kin thc v nhiu kinh nghim qu bu cho ngh nghip sau ny. Nhng quan trng l em c c hi vn dng, so snh nhng l thuyt hc nh trng vi cng vic thc t. Chnh v th, hng liu ph gia thc phm ra i gip p ng nhu cu a dng ca con ngi vi cc sn phm a dng nh hng liu ngnh thc phm, hng mn, hng ngt, hng cho ngnh ha m phm,.Ha hc hng liu l s pha trn mang tnh ngh thut ca cc ha cht c ph duyt v trch xut t thin nhin t c mt hng v mong mun cho mt loi thc phm c th, hoc sn phm nc gii kht. Cc hng v c th nng cao, thay i, hoc thm ch che lp cc hng v ban u ca chnh n. Trong mt s trng hp, cc hng v thm vo cung cp y hng v ca sn phm. Theo s phn cng ca Vin Cng ngh Sinh hc v Thc phm. Em c c hi thc tp ti Cng ty TNHH International & Fragrances (Vit Nam), mt cng ty chuyn cung cp hng liu thc phm trong khong thi gian t ngy 29/6 15/8/2015. V thi gian thc tp c hn nn em ch tm hiu v Quy trnh ng dng hng vo sn xut ht nm theo m hnh phng th nghim .

CHNG 1: TNG QUAN:1.1. KHI QUT V CNG TY LIN DOANH INTERNATIONAL FLAVORS & FRAGRANCES 1.1.1. Lch s hnh thnh v pht trin cng ty IFF . Nm 1889, Joseph Polak & Leopold Schwarz, ngi H Lan, bt tay nhau m nh my chuyn x l cc loi nc p tri cy. 1.2. C IM SN PHM CA CNG TY:1.2.1. Cc dng sn phm thc phm ca cng ty IFFCng ty IFF l mt trong nhng nh sng to hng u v cc gii php hng v cho thc ung, cc thc phm ngt, mn, v cc sn phm sa trn ton th gii.Cc chuyn gia ca IFF, h kt hp s sng to, s hiu bit thng hiu v nhng hiu bit i vi ngi tiu dng mang li cho khch hng nhng dch v c o v cc sn phm ca h to nn s khc bit trn th trng. V th cng ty IFF ang tm kim cc loi thc phm c t ng v hng liu nhn to, nhng vn gi c hng v tuyt vi ca t nhin. IFF u t ngun lc ng k trong vic pht hin v pht trin ca cc nhn t v cc h thng phn phi c th thu ht ngi tiu dng. Chuyn mn ca IFF trong cc b iu bin v ngt, v hng v t nhin y l nhng thnh phn khng th thiu iu khin s khc bit ca thng hiu.1.2.1.7. Hng IFF: Strawberry TRUniqueHng thm c o v ni bt mu sc ti sng ca tri du tr thnh mt trong nhng hng v ph bin nht trn ton th gii. V vy IFF lin tc tm kim, khm ph v sng to cc hng liu mi chng tr nn khc bit, IFF gii thiu n cc khch hng hng Strawberry TRUnique , mt danh mc u t ng tin cy, y l tp hp cc thnh phn ca du, v nhng mi hng c o ly cm hng t cc thnh phn mi ca cc chuyn gia hng u ca IFF.IFF cng vi cc i sng to v hng trn ton th gii tin hnh nghin cu su v cc hng ca tri du trong hn bn thp k. Nghin cu ny bao gm thm d cc ging du tt, pht trin cc hng v du ty thng qua chng trnh Generessence. Nh hiu bit su sc v bn cht khoa hc, kt hp vi nghin cu cc thnh phn t nhin dn n s pht hin cc thnh phn du c o c trong du.
