Ms. Feary’s practice focuses on independent contractorissues, including auditing clients' independent contractorprograms and assisting in the counsel of and design ofindependent contractor programs. Ms. Feary's practicealso focuses on transportation and logistics contractingissues, as well as regulatory and licensing compliance.
PROFILE
Allyson Feary counsels clients on a wide array oftransportation issues including independent contractorissues, owner-operator arrangements, Federal LeasingRegulations, motor carrier and logistics operations andbusiness dealings, and contract reviews. Ms. Fearyregularly drafts and reviews various transportation-relatedcontracts, including logistics services contracts, motorcarrier services contractors, and independent contractoragreements. She is also a frequent speaker at independentcontractor roundtables for industry groups and clientmanagement meetings.
