    TRUCHA FRITA

    La trucha es un pescado semigraso, contiene protenas de alto valor biolgico, as comovitaminas y minerales.

    Se le considera un alimento muy nutritivo su carne supone un aporte interesante de potasio y

    fsforo, y moderado de sodio, magnesio, hierro y zinc.

    Este plato es muy sencillo de preparar se acompaa con ensalada y papas ya sean fritas o

    sancochadas

    INGREDIENTES:

    -1 kilo de trucha

    - Papa- Ajos, sal, pimienta y comino

    - Harina y aceite- lechuga y tomate

    PREPARACIN:

    Primero se le quita la escama, se limpia el pescado, luego se le quita la menudencia y se procedea cortarlo; se sazona con ajo, sal, pimienta y comino; lo dejamos que se macere por un espaciode media hora luego se embadurna con harina y se procede a freirlo en abundante aceite bien

    caliente hasta que quede bien dorado.

    Mientras tanto se sancocha las papas o pueden ser fritas. Una vez listo se sirve el pescado frito

    con la papa, acompaado de una ensalada de lechuga.
