Project DescriPtion:
The proposed Troy Block development is for two office buildings which
will be 12 and 13 stories, over below-grade structured parking. The
buildings will contain 800,000 square feet of office space consisting of
approximately 32,000 square foot floor plates. There will be approxi-
mately 1,120 below-grade parking stalls. Construction on Phase I of the
project is scheduled to commence December 2013, with completion
slated for December 2015. Phase I will consist of the South Tower total-
ing 400,000 square feet and Phase II can be built concurrently should a
prospective tenant be interested in the additional 400,000 square feet.
