Peygambere, ondan da sahabeye intikal etmi, Suffe Ehlinin ve ashabn bir ksm tarafndan ezberlenmi; ilk nceleri deri, tahta, ta paralarna ve kemik krek-lerine yazlarak renilen Kitabmz Kuran- Kerim hibir deiiklie uramadan tevatrle gnmze kadar gelmi; Seluklu ve Osmanlda el yazma aheser Kuranlarla talanarak ecdadmzdan manevi miras olarak bizlere ulamtr.
Bu manevi miras devralan Diyanet leri Bakanl, kurulduu gn-den itibaren Kuran- Kerime hdim olmay nemli bir grev telakki etmitir. Bir taraftan Kuran- Kerimin gzel bir eda ve sada ile uslne uygun okunmas ve anlalmas iin, dier taraftan da gzel bir hsn hat ile hatasz kitabeti iin byk gayretler gstermektedir.
Bu gayretler ve almalar erevesinde Bakanlmz Mushaflar n-celeme ve Kraat Kurulu, Mushaf yazmaya tevik ve hat sanatna hiz-met maksadyla 2016 ylnda Uluslararas Dzeyde Kuran- Kerim Kitbeti Hat Msabakas dzenleyecektir.

7. Hatlar, siyah is mrekkebi ile harl kda yazlacaktr. Kue veya benzeri beyaz ve harsz kt kullanlmayacaktr.
8. Metinlerin yazlnda iml bakmndan Resm-i Osmn- ,ancak harekeleme olarak Diyanet leri Bakanlnn mhrledii mus-haflarda kullanlan harekeleme sistemi esas alnacaktr.

Presidency of Religious AffairsBoard of Inspection and Recitation of the Quran
Noble Quran was revealed by Allah Almighty through the Angel Gab-riel to Prophet Muhammad(PBUH), then was transferred to Ashab and was memorized by some of Ashab and Ashab us-Suffah. Our Holy book the Noble Quran was learned initially by writing on leather, wood and stone pieces and shoulder bones and has reached us, without any change, through tawatur. Having reached the artistic peak with Quran manuscript masterpieces at Seljuk and Ottoman times, it was delive-red to us as spiritual heritage by our ancestors.
Presidency of Religious Affairs inherited this spiritual heritage, regar-ded being servant to Holy Quran as an important duty since the day it has established. It strives on the one hand, for the Quran to be recited in good manner and properly, on the other hand, to be written in cal-ligraphy without faults. In the context of this enthusiasm and effort, Board of Inspection and Recitation of the Quran of our Presidency will organize Holy Quran Writing-Calligraphy Competition at Internati-onal Level in 2016 with the aim of encouraging to write Mushaf and serving to the art of calligraphy.

Ith TURKEY INTERNATIONAL HOLY QURAN WRITING-CALLIGRAPHY COMPETITION CONDITIONS
1. Texts to be written in Naskh style, headings/titles of surahs to be written in Riqa (ijaza) style.
2. The texts to be written, in the following order, are Surah ad-Dukhan, Surah an-Najm, Surah ar-Rahman, Surah al-Waqiah, Su-rah al-Asr, Surah al-Humazah, Surah al-Fil, Surah al-Quraish , Su-rah al Maun, Surah al-Kawthar, Surah al-Kafirun, Surah an-Nasr, Surah al-Masad, Surah al-Ikhlas , Surah al-Falaq and Surah an-Nas.
3. Page layout will be as follows
a) fifteen linesb) line length 157 mmc) interlinear space 19 mmd) pen nib size to be among (0,7) (0,8) (0,9) mm
4. Surah ad-Dukhan, Surah an-Najm, Surah ar-Rahman, Surah al-Waqiah, Surah al-Asr, Surah al-Humazah, Surah al-Fil, Surah al-Quraish ,Surah al Maun, Surah al-Kawthar, Surah al-Kafirun, Surah an-Nasr, Surah al-Masad, Surah al-Ikhlas , Surah al-Falaq and Surah an-Nas To be written according to the ayet-berkenar format as in the Mushaf of Hasan Rza Efendi.
5. Entries will be compatible with the rules of the classical art of cal-ligraphy
6. The text shall not carry any mark or impression which may indi-cate the identity
7. Scripts to be written with black soot ink on ahar paper. Coated pa-per or white paper which has no ahar will not be used.
8. Ortographically, texts to be written according to the Hafiz Othman (Resm-i Osmn-), and for vocalization, harakas to be implement-ed according to the system in the Mushafs sealed by Presidency of Religious Affairs.
9. Entries which contain orthographic errors will be disqualified
10. Participants should deliver ,or send, their entries and also their cirruculum vitae (CV), (signed and in an envelope, which simply includes identity information, address, contact information tel&-fax, e-mail if available, educational degree, profession and pho-to) to the following address Diyanet leri Bakanl Mushaflar nceleme ve Kraat Kurulu Bakanl niversiteler Mahallesi, Dumlupnar Bulvar No: 147/A ankaya/ANKARA.
11. Entries will be delivered to the Presidency of Religious Affairs Board of Inspection and Recitation of the Quran no later than 3 October 2016.
