Triton Boat Company, L.P. (“Triton”) warrants to the first retail owner of its 2006 model yearfiberglass boats, if purchased from an authorized Triton Dealer, and operated under normal,non-commercial use (“Triton Boat”), that it will repair or replace defects in material orworkmanship that are reported within the applicable warranty periods, subject to the excludeditems contained in the “WHAT IS NOT COVERED” section set forth below and other limitationsset out in this Limited Warranty. After the first year from the date of delivery to the original owner, there is a $50.00 servicecharge payable to the Triton authorized dealer for each service appointment relating to anyrepairs or replacement covered under this Limited Warranty. There is no charge for serviceappointments solely for any rework from previous service.

1. Limited Structural Hull Warranty to Original Retail Owner. Triton warrants to the first retailowner that it will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defect in material orworkmanship in the Triton Boat that is determined to be a “Structural Hull Defect,”reported during the period of ownership of the original retail owner. The “Hull” shallmean the single fiberglass molded shell and integral structure within that shell,including stringers, floorboards, transom and related structural reinforcements, all ofwhich are below the hull flange (i.e. gunwale). A “Structural Hull Defect” shall mean asubstantial defect in the fiberglass boat’s Hull which causes the boat to be unfit orunsafe for general use as a pleasure craft under normal operating conditions.

2. Limited Structural Hull Warranty to Second Retail Owner. Upon the second owner’s receiptof an approved product registration card from Triton, Triton will repair or replace at itssole discretion any Structural Hull Defect on the Triton Boat reported within ten (10)years of the date of the first retail purchase subject to all limitations set out in thisLimited Warranty and the Registration & Transferability paragraph below.

3. Limited Warranty on Specific Components. If reported within three (3) years from the dateof the first retail sale, Triton will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the part or partsfound to be defective in material or workmanship on the following factory-installedcomponents: a) boat wiring harness and switches; (b) the following Beede or TeleflexBrands instrumentation: tachometer, speedometer, trim gauge, volt gauge, fuel gauge,water pressure gauge or surface temperature gauge (c) fuel tanks; (d) deck hardware;(e) boat lights, aerators, bilge pumps, hoses, clamps and fittings; (f) steering head andcables; and (g) Lowrance sonar or GPS units.

Sole Remedy: In no event shall any repair or replacement under this Limited Warranty exceedthe fair market value of the owner’s boat as of the date of the owner’s claim. THE REMEDY OFREPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS THAT ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE IN FACTORYMATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALLCONSTITUTE THE OWNER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST TRITON FOR ANYCLAIMS WHATSOEVER OF ECONOMIC LOSS RESULTING FROM PRODUCT FAILURE. Theterms and conditions contained herein may not be modified, altered or waived by any action,inaction, or representations, whether oral or in writing, except upon the express, writtenauthority of a management level employee of Triton.Statute of Limitations: Any action for rescission or revocation against Triton shall be barredunless it is commenced within one (1) year from the date of accrual of such cause ofaction.

Other Limitations: EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN OR ON ANY OTHER WRITTENEXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTIES BY TRITON, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIESEITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED PROVIDED BY TRITON ON THIS BOAT. ALL OTHERWARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFFITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. TRITON FURTHERDISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ECONOMIC LOSS ARISING FROM CLAIMS OFPRODUCT FAILURE, NEGLIGENCE, DEFECTIVE DESIGN, MANUFACTURINGDEFECT, FAILURE TO WARN AND/OR INSTRUCT, LACK OF SEAWORTHINESS, AND

ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY NOT EXPRESSLY COVERED UNDER THE TERMS OF THISLIMITED WARRANTY.

TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY ISLIMITED FOR THE DURATION OF THE RESPECTIVE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTIESSTATED HEREIN. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW NEITHER TRITON, NOR THE SELLINGDEALER SHALL HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE BOAT, LOSS OFTIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOMESTATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SOTHE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THEEXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THEABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE. THIS WARRANTY GIVESTHE OWNER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND THE OWNER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTSWHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

RETAIL CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU) MAY HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS UNDERAPPLICABLE NATIONAL LEGISLATION REGARDING THE SALE OF CONSUMER GOODSWHICH ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THE RETAIL CUSTOMER’SLEGAL RIGHTS UNDER ANY APPLICABLE NATIONAL LEGISLATION REGARDING THE SALEOF CONSUMER GOODS SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED.

What Is Not Covered. This Warranty does not apply to any Triton Boat, which has beensalvaged or declared a total loss or constructive total loss for any reason not covered in thisLimited Warranty. This warranty also does not apply to the following items:

1. Window damage/breakage or deterioration of the boat’s surface finishes, includingcracking, crazing, stars, chalking, blistering, discoloration or fading, wood finishes(varnishes, stains and paints), fabrics, vinyl, plastics, plated or painted metal andstainless steel finishes, anti-fouling bottom paint;

2. Damage, tearing, fading, shrinkage, or deterioration of carpet, upholstery, exterior canvastops, enclosures, and weather covers (including rainwater leakage) or to other softgoods;

3. Any Triton Boat, which has been used for racing or use of the boat for any speed orendurance contest. Use of the boat for racing or any speed or endurance contest ismisuse of the boat and will result in cancellation of the warranty;

4. Any damage caused by accident or resulting from alterations, abuse, commercial use,misuse, or negligence of any owner of a Triton Boat. Any Triton Boat powered or loadedin excess of maximum limits as stated on the U.S. Coast Guard Capacity Plate in eachboat constitutes misuse and will result in cancellation of the warranty;

5. Damage from failure to perform routine periodic maintenance to the Triton Boat accordingto Triton’s recommendations;

6. Damage caused by an improper trailer or mismatching of a Triton Boat to a trailer, failureto properly secure the boat to the trailer, or failure to use a lower unit support devicewhen transporting the boat;

7. Any transportation, haul out, loading or other expenses incurred in returning the TritonBoat for warranty service;

8. Any representation or implication relating to speed, range, fuel consumption or estimatedperformance characteristics; and

9. Any failure or defect arising from a previous repair made by a non-authorized serviceprovider, unless preapproved by Triton.

10. Any Triton Boat with the first retail sale made by a party other than an authorized Tritondealer;

11. Any failure or defect caused by an act of nature resulting in damage, cost, or expense; 12. Any modifications to a Triton Boat based on design or manufacturing changes, or standard

options, accessories or warranties added, improved, or revised from previous TritonBoats. Triton reserves the right to change or improve the design or manufacture ofTriton Boats without any obligation to modify previous boats.

13. Structural welds in T-top or Hardtop tubular frames that have been modified or forced tobear excessive weight.

14. The following components may provide their own Limited Warranties to a retail customer,which would be included with owner’s information at the time of sale; however, thesecomponents are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless specifically referencedunder the Limited Warranty on Specific Components a) Engines, outdrives, controls,propellers, trolling motors; b) Navigation equipment and electronics; c) batteries andbattery chargers; d) radio, stereos, CD or tape players; e) trailers and trailer accessories.Triton and its authorized dealers may in their sole discretion assist Triton owners withthe administration of component part warranties, however, any assistance shall notconstitute an adoption of the warranty responsibilities of the component manufacturer.

Owner’s Obligations:To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, contact your Triton dealer within the applicablewarranty period. The owner is responsible for the expense associated with transporting theboat to and from the repair facility. Please notify Triton of any Triton Boat being repaired byan authorized Triton dealer which has been at the dealership for fifteen (15) days, or of anyclaimed defect which was not corrected after one repair attempt. Triton must receive writtennotice of any remaining warranty claims prior to the expiration of this limited warranty and beallowed an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Registration & Transferability: Please submit the product registration card within 30 days ofdelivery of the boat in order to activate warranty coverage. The unexpired term of the three(3) year Limited Specific Components Warranty and the ten (10) year Limited Structural HullWarranty may be transferred to a second owner within five (5) years of the original retailpurchase, except this limited warranty will not transfer on any Triton Boat which has beensalvaged and resold after declaration of a total loss or a constructive total loss, i.e. the cost ofrepair exceeds the value of the boat. The transferred Limited Warranty will become effectiveafter the second owner has completed a warranty transfer form, submitted a $100.00

processing fee to an authorized Triton dealer, and received a completed warranty registrationcard from Triton. Triton reserves the right to reject any warranty transfer request for aboat that has been damaged, neglected, or otherwise previously excluded from itslimited warranty.

Precision matched stringer and hullThe Zero-Flex Stringer system is molded to precisely mate with the hulllaminate and has over 290 lineal feet of surface bonded to the hull as part ofour Uni-Body construction. That’s nearly a football field’s worth of totalstringer length in the Tr21X’s hull. Triton’s exclusive design integrates foamboxes and additional longitudinal side stiffeners (used on our longer models)into the stringer, and supplies a conduit for adding foam flotation to the hull.Our stringer is engineered to fit the exact contour of the bottom, eliminating“wide open spaces” between stringer and hull that can lead to structuralfailures in our competitors’ boats.

Triton has made composite construction the goldstandard in fishing boat construction. Many fiberglass-fishing boats are built with wood in strategic areas suchas the stringer system, transom, deck and floor. Wood isan organic material that can rot, leading to costlystructural failures. But there is NO WOOD in a Triton boat.Many boatbuilders are currently hopping on thecomposite bandwagon, but not all composites arecreated equal! Only Triton uses Tri-Core compositematerial, a super-strong polyurethane and fiberglassstructural core material that can never rot. It bondschemically with fiberglass and resin and is totallyunaffected by climactic changes. Structural tests showTri-Core to be lighter than wood, yet stronger than mostwood/fiberglass laminates.

Our Vortex hull features a unique “dry chine” with a double radius. Whenrunning at full throttle, this chine iscompletely out ofthe water. But backoff the throttle andit re-enters thewater to add anextra 4 inches ofchine width. Hand layup makes the quality differenceIn fiberglass boatbuilding, there’s nosubstitute for hand laid construction. Ourexperienced layup team places fiberglass matin the mold by hand, then permeates it withpremium resin, following a precise scheduledictated by our engineering department. Thishands-on approach assures a perfect resin-to-glass ratio and a uniform hull with no thickor thin spots. It’s your guarantee ofextraordinary structural integrity.

Unlike many other boats, every Triton features a full-width transom,running all the way from port tostarboard. (some competitors have boatswith transoms that are only 24 incheswide!) Our wider, more stable transomabsorbs stress more effectively. Ourtransom is crafted from sturdy Tri-Coreand fiberglass which are chemicallybonded together. This connects thetransom directly to the stringer, or‘backbone’ of the boat. It’s part of ourassurance a Triton hull will last a lifetime.

Rock Solid Transom

Triton’s exclusivepeformance Vortex HullTriton's legendary performance and soft,dry ride can be attributed in greatmeasure to our Vortex hull. This radicaldesign features a concave pad runningdown the center that eventually flattensout toward the transom. The concave areagathers air and funnels it back toward therunning pad. Mixing the air with the waterhelps break the surface tension the waterhas with the bottom of the boat. Theresult is a more slippery surface, greaterspeed and more efficiency.

The concave shape of the hull acts like aslalom ski to significantly enhance theturning and handling characteristics ofthe boat. Water does not compress well,air does. When a Triton boat contacts awave, because of the concave shape atthe impact area, the Vortex hullcompresses "air" instead of water togreatly soften the impact of re-entry. If itfeels like you're riding on air in a Triton,it's because you are!

Triton’s UniqueLivewell SystemWe’ve totally re-engineered our livewell system inthe X-series to make it the most effective “lifesupport system” for gamefish available on anyfiberglass bass boat. Twin live-wells carry a total of42 gallons to provide superior fish carryingcapacity. Next, we added a shrouded overflow tominimize water loss from “sloshing” when the boatis underway. The re-circulation systems feature T-HMarine’s Max-Air systems that inject air into thelivewell water-flow even as you are running.

Triton bass boat live-wells do not use thetroublesome cable controlled drain-valves to drainthe live-wells. Nearly all Triton models have apump-out system that will quickly empty the waterfrom the well. Eliminating drain-valve controlsmeans no broken or bent control cables, no loss oflive well water at unwanted times due to sand orcontamination in the valve, and no constantmaintenance and cleaning. Triton also usesseparate aeration and re-circulation pumps insteadof a one-pump system that uses a valve to switchfrom “livewell fill” to “livewell re-circulation”.
