7:00 am – Meet at Van Horn7:15 am- Leave Van Horn 8:30 am- Arrive at UCM 9:20 am- Leave for gate9:30 am- Arrive at holding area9:45 am- Perform10 am- Leave for Park10:15pm-2:00pm- Band Picnic 2:15- leave for UCM Stadium 2:30- Sit as a band in stands and watch the big bands5:00pm- Marching Mules Perform5:30pm- Awards5:45pm- Head to the buses to go home (if we don’t make finals) 6:00pm- Leave to Van Horn 7:00pm- Arrive at Van Horn (go home)

IF WE MAKE FINALS

5:45pm- Head to the buses to put uniforms back on and warm up (If we make final) 7:00pm or 7:15pm- Perform7:15pm or 7:30pm- Head band to bus to change out of uniforms8:00 pm- head to stadium to watch the rest of finals10:00pm- Finals Awards10:30pm- Go Home11:30pm- Arrive at Van Horn
