Spencer Hawkins | Tenant Representation

Spencer leads Charlotte’s Office Tenant Representation Group, assisting a diverse range of tenants in their office space needs. Spencer has quickly built a reputation among his clients for his high level of service, aggressive advocacy, and economic insight. Focused on bringing value to his clients during every step of the transaction, he leverages his deep understanding of the market to help clients make the best and most informed real estate decision possible.

Spencer started his career at Trinity’s Raleigh office as a Brokerage Associate involved in several of Trinity’s service platforms, including Tenant Representation, Landlord Leasing, and Investment Sales. His success in Raleigh lead to his current position and specialization at Trinity’s Charlotte headquarters.

Outside of work, Spencer values time with family and friends. Always staying active, Spencer is an outdoor and sports enthusiast. He volunteers his time with various local non-profit organizations, and currently serves on the Leadership Team of the Urbanites, the young professional wing of the Urban Ministry Center with a mission to end chronic homelessness. A Graduate of the University of South Carolina at the Darla Moore School of Business, Spencer earned degrees in both Real Estate and Investment Finance. He is a member of CRCBR, NCAR, and NAR.
