    Background Trinity ParkwayApril, 2015 - City Council directed the City Manager toperform a technical review of the Trinity Parkway DesignCharrette Report (Charrette)

    Charge - determine if the 20 ideas included in the reportcan be achieved within the context of current Record ofDecisions and approved Environmental Impact Statements

    Technical review requires coordination with local, stateand federal partners as well as assistance from local andnational professional expertise
