The Gloria in excelsis (Glory to God in the highest) is said.

First Reading Wisdom of Solomon 7:7–11 Psalm Psalm 90:12–17 R. Fill us with your love, O Lord, and we will sing for joy! Second Reading Hebrews 4:12–13 Gospel Acclamation Matthew 5:3 Gospel Mark 10:17–30 or Mark 10:17–27

Prayer of Spiritual Communion (LIVE STREAMING MASSES ONLY)

My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

Communion Antiphon [Cf. Ps 34 (33):11] The rich suffer want and go hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no blessing. Or: [1 Jn 3:2] When the Lord appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

St. Michael the Archangel Prayer V. Saint Michael the Archangel, R. defend us in battle; * be our protection against the wickedness and

snares of the devil. * May God rebuke him, we humbly pray: * and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, * by the power of God, cast into hell * Satan and all the evil spirits * who prowl about the world * seeking the ruin of souls. * Amen.

Liturgy Schedule & Mass Intentions

CONCERNING MASS INTENTIONS

It has come to Fr. Dennis’ attention that one of the mass intentions for last weekend was scheduled in the wrong parish. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our Administrative Assistant is not a parishioner and has no way of knowing where the requesting person wants the Mass celebrated unless it is noted on the envelope. To prevent this from occurring in the future - PLEASE WRITE ON THE REQUEST ENVELOPE THE PARISH YOU WISH TO HAVE THE MASS CELEBRATED IN AND WHETHER IT IS TO BE CELEBRATED ON SUNDAY OR ON A WEEKDAY. As always we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Prayers of the Rosary The Apostles' Creed:

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day He arose again; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, * the Holy Catholic Church, * the communion of saints, * the forgivness of sins, * the resurrection of the body, * and life everlasting. * Amen

The Our Father:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name: Thy kingdom come: Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread: * and forgive us our trespasses * as we forgive those who trespass against us. * And lead us not into temptation: * but deliver us from evil. * Amen.

The Hail Mary:

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, * pray for us sinners, * now and at the hour of our death. * Amen

Glory Be to the Father:

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.

As it was in the beginning, * is now and ever shall be, * world without end. * Amen.

O my Jesus, * forgive us our sins, * save us from the fires of hell, * and lead all souls to Heaven, * especially those in most need of Your Mercy. * Amen.
