Lion Sands Treehouses have their origins in Chalkley Treehouse, built on the site where our ancestor Guy Aubrey Chalkley made camp in a centuries-old leadwood tree. Since then, they have got a fair bit more luxurious, with Kingston and Tinyeleti added to the collection. KINGSTON TREEHOUSE Located in Lion Sands Sabi Sand, for guests staying at Ivory Lodge and River Lodge

TINYELETI TREEHOUSE Located in Lion Sands Kruger Park, for guests staying at Tinga Lodge and Narina Lodge

Tinyeleti, meaning ‘many stars’, offers big views of a remote landscape, globed by an even bigger sky, its lights twinkling down to the horizon. But couples and families needn’t forgo luxury for an out-of-this-world experience. A gourmet picnic, illuminated by lanterns, and feather beds ensure guests will be quite comfortable.
