Facial Treatments The Opera LED FacialWHAT IS IT?A painless, non-invasive treatment for a variety of conditions to improve skin tone and clarity. A heat free treatment that is proven to be safe for all skin types, colours and conditions.

HOW DOES IT WORK?Opera Mask has multiple treatment settings using speci� c colour wavelengths of light that penetrate the skin at varying depths. The red light is a skin rejuvenation programme reaching deep into skin layers, bene� ting from wrinkle reduction, skin toning and texturing and the fading of freckles, skin spots and age spots.

The blue light is proven to have anti-ageing properties and is an anti-microbial treatment resulting in the destruction of bacteria such as those causing acne. Improved blood circulation and oxygen � ow are also a bene� t of this treatment.

MaintenanceA maintenance is needed depending on your lifestyle and skin type. Each client gets the same procedure but the results can di� er, therefore if you want your brows looking perfect at all times a maintenance is advised.

Microblading | £295A manual method with a blade and handpiece that implants pigment under the skin for a natural beautiful brow e� ect. Results can last anything up to 18 months with a maintenance appointment required.

Blade & Shade | £375For a fuller brow this method is microblading for the natural e� ect but machine shading may be added to create depth. Some clients may need this to blend their natural brow hair.

Hairstroke Machine Brows | £350This method is used for a fuller, longer lasting brow. Hairstrokes still look natural but are not as � ne as microblading. This is great for people with gaps in their brows that need blending, as well as those wanting a stronger brow that will last longer.

Powder Brow | £350A full brow done by machine that is a block e� ect for a full makeup look.

Booking informationYou can book either online, via email, phone or social media. We strongly recommend that treatments and packages are booked as far in advance as possible as demand is very high especially at weekends and peak seasons.

Name, mobile number, email address and payment details will need to be taken at the point of booking. If booking a package, a 50% deposit will also need to be taken.

Please note that all payments need to be settled at reception after your appointment.

Cancellation policyAs a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists please give at least 48hrs notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please note that a cancellation fee of 100% applies if an appointment is cancelled less than 48hrs in advance.

Packages cannot be cancelled or refunded but can be transferred to a di� erent date if we are given 48hrs notice.

Children and babiesUnfortunately we are unable to accommodate children or babies at The Little Retreat due to health and safety.

ConsultationTreatments will only be carried out on a successful completion of consultation, therapists reserve the right to refuse treatments.

Hen partiesAt The Little Retreat we pride ourselves on our relaxing environment and therefore are only able to except groups of 6 at any one time during a daytime booking. Larger groups are welcome on our evening packages. We ask that hen decorations are kept to a minimum and no outside food is allowed to be brought onto the premises. Please note that noise must be kept to a minimum to respect other guests unless your group has booked exclusivity of The Little Retreat.

Gift vouchersGift vouchers can be purchased from reception for a single treatment or for packages. Please note a postal charge of £2.50 applies.

Arrival timeClients are advised to arrive 15 minutes before an appointment to enjoy the surroundings. If a client is late for their appointment this will be deducted from their treatment time.
