The name HSPA represent our core principals of Holistic Health, Harmony, Healing and Happiness. It is our belief that using natural, sustainable products and principles we can create a balance between our surroundings that allows our clients a pleasurable, mindful experience with true long-term benefits.
Holistic Health treats all parts of the person not just the physical symptoms but strives to Harmonise the mind, body, spirit and emotions. Often we experience moments of imbalance during our lives whether it be through ill-health, lack of sleep, unhealthy diets or stressful periods, the HSPA offers a true haven of tranquility that allows you time to reflect and Heal through our authentic Rituals, Massages and Sensations.
Relax in the beautiful surroundings of our Feng Shui inspired HSPA. You are guaranteed to emerge feeling rejuvenated and revitalised with nearly 3,000m2 including 13 treatment rooms, dedicated to wellbeing and Holistic Health. Water is the most important element in human life, and plays a key role here at the HSPA. Immerse yourself in the benefits of our salt-water heated pool with adjoining indoor and outdoor areas, or take advantage of our Thermal area with various Saunas and steam rooms or enjoy some quiet time in one of the three uniquely tranquil relaxation rooms. In support of the HSPA’s core principals, there is a large modern gym equipped with an excellent range of equipment, from treadmills and stationary bikes for the ultimate Cardio workout, to a comprehensive selection of free weights and weight machines for strength and toning. The HSPA has a comprehensive daily fitness and wellbeing programme to support short term and long term physical aspirations.

ABYANGA 50 minutesEchoes of the ancient wisdoms of Ayurveda can be sensed in this holistic treatment inspired to create a balance of the elements and chakras in the body and spirit. This therapeutic massage with hot ayurvedic oils will release tensions and restore vitality.
ABYANGA WITH PINDAS 60 minutes An intensive traditional massage which combines the detoxifying and antioxidant properties of the ayurvedic oils, with the relaxing effect of the warm Pindas (herbal sachets), stimulating strong movements are used for effectively easing tired, aching muscles.

For more than 30 years Aromatherapy Associates, a truly British brand, has been specialising in harnessing the natural healing powers of the finest natural ingredients, purest extracts and essential oils to include in their products and treatments. Their renowned and award-winning products and treatments have transformed the aromatherapy experience into something highly effective yet luxurious and exceptional.
Is a unique, bespoke organic treatment system for face and body, using rituals, massages and sensations. It stands for purity, honesty, ethics and integrity, for experience, devotion and beauty, for tradition, without overlooking the spirit of the time. For people who seek luxury with value, desire sustainability, fair trade and certified organic farming.
SPA GUIDE All the members of our HSPA team are at your disposal to advise you on choosing the right treatment or program to suit your needs. To book an appointment, please contact the spa directly. For Hotel guests please, dial 735. HSPA welcomes both in house and external guests aged 18 and older. Day passes and treatments for external guests will be secured with a credit card. To ensure your preferred time and services are available, advanced booking is advised. For your own comfort and that of fellow guests, entrance to the HSPA is only permitted by wearing bathrobe, bathing suit and slippers. Our Hotel guests can leave their personal belongings in their room and using the middle lift come to the Spa already changed. For external guests we provide changing rooms with fully equipped lockers. In respect for different cultures, nudism is not allowed in any part of the HSPA.
For health and safety reasons children under the age of 16 may not use the Termal area or gymnasium. Under 16`s can access the indoor and outdoor swimming pool between the hours of 10am and 1pm and only when accompanied by an adult.
Our HSPA environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please contribute to this serenity by speaking in soft tones and please respect all spa guests right to privacy and refrain from the use of mobile phones, pagers and cameras during your time with us. HSPA is a smoke-free zone. We do recommend that you refrain from bringing any valuables to the spa. Lateness and Cancellation Policy All guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to stated treatment time. Please understand that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time. As courtesy to other guests and our professional Staff, appointments cancelled with less than five hours notice will be charged the full amount of the service. Gift Certificates and Home CareOur gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion. To continue the benefits of your HSPA experience at home, all products used in our treatments are available for sale in the HSPA boutique at the reception area.
