NeW - Dancing without Partners…(in partnrship with YORK UNIVeRSITY)
Older adults of any ability and experience are invited to attend this
dance class that will offer a mixture of dance forms. Each class will
begin with a gentle but lively set of warm-up exercises which will
prepare the joints and muscles for moving fully. The remainder of
the class will be spent learning and practicing two to three dance
steps or styles. The focus of the class content will be based on the
interests of the participants, with the specific focus on health and
wellbeing and injury prevention.
