Revolver Holsters from Bobby Mac

Tom Givens writes: I met a relatively new

holster-maker last year at the Mid-Atlantic Tactical Conference in Virginia. His name was Bobby Mac, and

he had a variety of very well thought out and ex-

ecuted holsters for various small revolvers. Since then

Bobby was kind enough to send me a hide-out holster for my fa-vorite snubby, a Colt Cobra, and a new gun belt for my wife. The holster is an excellent low profile inside waistband holster (IWB), constructed of very thin but strong leather. The integral, folded over belt loop is positioned behind the cylinder, greatly reducing the bulk of the little rig. Quality of workmanship and materials is outstanding. Lynn’s belt is a double thickness 1.5 inch belt, which is beautifully finished. It sup-ports a full size M&P and two spare magazines, distributing the weight all around the waist for comfort. This

is professional grade gear at its best. For more information email info@

bobmacs.com, or contact Bobby through his website at www.bobmacs.com, or call (646) 926-2622.

Galco Contour BeltsRecommended by CCM Editor Kathy

Jackson, Galco’s contour-cut belts have a lot going for them. “I like these belts because they are sturdy enough to hold a firearm securely, but still conform comfortably to human curves,” Kathy writes. Galco’s contour belts are offered in 1.5-inch and 1.25-inch versions, with tapering at the buckle available for the 1.25-inch design. Constructed of and lined with premium saddle leather, the belts are given a beautifully durable fin-ish and a nickel-plated brass buckle. At approximately $110, they are not cheap, but they are made to last. Custom sizes are available.
