Returned copies must be clean, saleable, andcarefully packed. The David Brown Book Company retainsthe right to final decision in determining the saleability ofreturned books. Period of Eligibility for ReturnsSix months from invoice date. Books must be in saleablecondition, the current edition, and still be available from thepublisher. Superseded editions are not returnable 90 daysafter publication of new edition.

Credit AllowedFull credit will be given at the price and discount of thecustomer’s last purchase of each title returned. Creditbalances are to be used for future purchase only.

Examination Copy PolicyAccording to our 90-day policy, you will be billed at a 20%academic discount, plus shipping charges, payableimmediately unless we receive verification from yourbookstore that you have adopted the book. If you do notadopt the book, you may return it for credit or purchase itat a 20% discount for your own use.
