How to Qualify for this FAM

First of all it is important to know that this FAM can only accommodate 10 travel agents.

Participants need a valid IATA, CLIA or TRUE number

Participants must be actively selling travel with verifiable sales volume.

Participant must be in good health.

Participant must be willing and able to participate in all activities included

Participant must be interested and promise to make an attempt to market and sell Sri Lanka

Participant must have travel insurance

Participant must have 2 blank passport pages, passport must be valid for 6 months beyond travel and must be willing to get VISA for Sri Lanka

• Meet & assist Arrival / Departure transfers & Tour as per the Itinerary by air-conditioned Luxury Mini Coach with services of an English Speaking Tour Director.

• Tips, bar, laundry, telephone calls and other personal expenses not specified above. Recommended tips per person per day is about $20.00 - $25.00. (meals & driver/guide)

• VISA to Sri Lanka - it is very easy to get, you can apply online, and it takes approx. 48 hrs,

• There may be a fee for pic-up at the airport upon arrival, or take a cab at your own expense. It depends on if we all come in on different flights or not.

FAM Terms & ConditionsThe following terms and conditions are applicable to bookings for this FAM trip. Any travel agent who accept Antiquity Sri Lanka’s invitation to this FAM will be subject to the following terms and conditions, and a payment (when processed) for any travel arrangement shall constitute travel agents’ absolute consent to all the provisions listed herewith:

Travel Agent and Companion Conduct: Antiquity Sri Lanka offer this fam-trip with special fam-rate to travel agents as a privilege. It is required and expected that all travel agents conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner during the entire trip. Agent accepts to participate in these offerings with the understanding that the agent may be sent home at their own expense before the completion of the trip in case unacceptable and disruptive behavior is displayed by the agent and not corrected upon warning.

Booking Procedure: All bookings of this FAM will go through travel agent Lene Minyard, Perfectly Planned Journeys. She will accept all payments. Please understand that this FAM can only accommodate 10 people so if you are interested please contact me asap.
