    highways,ports,railroadsandairportsiscriticalformoving

    goodstomarketandpeopleto

    work.Yet,decadesofunderinvestmentandan

    outdatedrevenuestructurehaveleftourstatestransportation

    systemindirestraits.

    Bridgesarefallingintodisrepair.

    Roadsandhighwaysarenotbeing

    resurfaced.Transitsystemsarebeingsqueezed.Andothermodesof

    transportationair,rail,locksand

    damsaresufferingfromlackof

    strategicinvestment.

    Theproblemcannotbeignoredany

    longer.TokeepourCommonwealth

    competitive,wemustachievea

    comprehensiveandsufficient

    transportationfundingsolution.
