In the Event of an Emergency
In the event of an emergencyREMAIN IN PLACE unless there is animmediate danger. Listen to audiblemessages for further instructions. Incase of evacuation, proceed tonearest stairwell and exit on groundlevel. Gathering Location: DiplomatLanding directly across from hotel.Hotel is fully equipped with anautomated Fire System, whichinclude sprinkler and smoke evac.
To call the emergency line: Pick upany guest phone or house phone anddial 28888 to be connected to the 24hour security dispatch emergencyline, or dial 911
Security, Engineering and the Fire Department are automatically notified and will respond to the main fire control panel and to the location of the alarm. Update messages will be played via the Public Address (PA) System.
In the hotel, the alarm will sound two floors above and two floors below the location of the alarm. The Convention Center is a full alert alarm.
The Fire Department, Paramedics and Police have a normal response time of 5-10 minutes. The nearest hospital is 3 miles from the hotel.
