Roller Chains and Sprockets
Roller chains• Hoyer and Sedis standard roller chains • Sizes ranging from 6 mm to 4½” in pitch, in simplex,
duplex and triplex• Chains with straight sideplates, hollow pin and double
pitch• British Standards (BS), American Standards (ASA),
and in accordance with German company standards (Werksnorm)
• The chains are supplied in steel, stainless steel, anti-corrosion, lubricated for life, galvanised and delta pin design
• All types of attachments. Supplied separately or fully mounted on a chain from the workshop, in accordance with drawings and special requirements
Leaf chains• Hoyer and Sedis leaf chains• Sizes ranging from ½” to 2½” in pitch• Chains can be delivered standard and non standard• Supplied in steel and anti-corrosion models• All types of connecting links, connecting pins and

Sprockets• Hoyer sprockets range from 20 to 2.500 mm in diameter• Plate wheels, hub sprockets and taper lock sprockets

customer specifications• Manufacturing of sprockets in all designs• Supplied in steel, stainless steel and cast iron• Weld-on hubs available in sizes ranging from 1210 to

Conveyor Chains
Metric conveyor chains• Hoyer and ZMC conveyor chains in all sizes and types,
from 2,000 daN to 300,000 daN breaking load. All pitch sizes from 40 to 500 mm
• Supplied in steel, stainless steel and electrically galvanised designs, as well as all types of attachments
• Supplied with or without roller and with hollow or solid pin
Inch conveyor chains• Hoyer and ZMC conveyor chains made in accordance
with British standards, in all sizes and types, from 2,100 daN to 42,000 daN breaking load. All pitch sizes from 2” to 12”
• Available in steel, stainless steel and galvanised designs, as well as with all types of attachments
• Supplied with or without roller and with hollow or solid pin
German company standard (Werksnorm) conveyor chains• Hoyer and ZMC conveyor chains and agricultural chains
in all sizes• Supplied in steel, stainless steel, electrically galvanised
and anti-corrosion designs. Also available with all types of attachments

Belts, Pulleys and Bushes
PU timing belts• MEGADYNE PU timing belts in profiles MXL, XL, L, H,
XH, RPP/HTD, 3M, 5M, 8M, 14M, as well as in metric system T2.5, T5, T10, T20, AT5, AT10, AT20. The RPP/HTD profiles are also available in three reinforced versions: Silver, Gold and Platinum to replace the chain drive
• Open timing belts and special lengths and belts with covers or fittings in accordance with drawings
Taper lock and locking devices• Taper lock bushes in sizes ranging from 1,008 to 5,050,
in all standard bore diameters ranging from ø9 mm to ø125 mm, in both metric and inch measurements
• Weld-on hubs for all types of taper lock bushes are delivered separately, or can be welded in place as specified
• Customer-specific taper lock bushes can be developed, adjusted and manufactured
• All types of locking devices and shrink discs, ranging from axles of ø6 mm to ø500 mm
V-belts and timing belts• TEXROPE HFX Plus toothed raw edge narrow V-belt

• All V-belt pulleys are supplied in GG25 material and are statically balanced in accordance with Q 6.3 and manufactured in accordance with ISO 4183, DIN 2211
• Hoyer timing belt pulleys in profile MXL, XL, L, H, XH, HTD, 3M, 5 M, 8M and 14 M for taper lock bushes, drilled or manufactured in accordance with drawing
• All timing belt pulleys are manufactured in accordance with ISO 5294-1989 and are available in steel, aluminium or cast iron depending on the tooth profile and size
Racks and spur gears• Cylindrical spur gears and racks• Bevel gears• Spur gears and racks manufactured in accordance with
drawing, up to module 40 and 6 metres in length• Spur gears can be drilled out and manufactured in
accordance with drawing and special requirements

Hoyer Motors• Hoyer motors in industrial and marine designs from
0.06 kW to 700 kW. Construction sizes ranging from 56 to 450. Standard delivery with PTC
• Always more than 80,000 motors in stock• Hoyer Ex explosion-proof motors, zone 22 motors,
Hoyer brake motors, 2-speed motors, 1-phase motors and IP23 motors
• Special motors can be supplied in accordance with drawings and special requirements
