Ltd., and erection of132kV DC/SC line from location No. 74/1 of Nidadavolu - Bhimavaram 132kV line to .132kV Tanuku 132kV substation - Administrative approval accorded.

APTRANSCO had approved scheme for extension of additional load 3.2 MVA toMIs. Ravali Spinners Pvt. Ltd., Khanadavili Post, Tanuku, West Godavari District (Referred to as'the company' henceforth) in addition to the existing CMD of3.15 MVA total aggregating CMDof 6.35 MVA at 132 kV Potential by erecting 132kV DC/SC line from Tanuku 132 kV SS to thecompany with 132 kV Bays at either ends on 25102/2010. Accordingly, the works were taken upby the company by paying necessary development and supervision charges to APTRANSCO.After erecting 8 kM of 132kV DC/SC line from the Company end and also 132kV bays at theTanuku 132kV SS and the Company end, erection of balance 2 kM of line is held up due tosevere right of way problems. The company has requested APTRANSCO for permission to availsupply by temporary arrangement.

2. APTRANSCO has accorded approval for executing the following works by collecting applicablescheme cost from the Company:

a) Erection of 132kV DC/SC line from between location No. 7411 2 7124000.00and 75 of Nidadavolu 220 kV SS - Bhimavaram 132 kV SS line kMto Tanuku 132 kV SS

b) 2no circuit stringing of 132kV Dc/SC line from tapping point of 8 6400000.00132kV line from Nidadavolu 220 kV SS to Bhimavaram 132 kV kMSS to MIs Ravali SpinnersTotal amount to be paid by MIs Ravali Spinners Pvt. Ltd. For 13524000.00APTRANSCO to take up the works:

3. The Company has paid an amount of Rs. 1,35,24,0001- vide Demand Draft drawn on State Bankof India, Yellareddiguda, (Hyderabad) branch, bearing No. "488864" on 02/03/2012.

4. After careful consideration, APTRANSCO accords approval for the above Scheme at a total costof Rs. I, 35,24,0001- (Rupees One Crore, Thirty Five Lakhs and Twenty Four Thousand Only)

5. "In exercise of the powers conferred under section 164 of the Electricity Act,2003 Central ActNo.36, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide G.O.Ms.No.115 dated 07110/2003, conferredupon the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited, the Transmission licensee in theState oflAndhra Pradesh, the powers for placing of the electric supply lines or electric plant forthe transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communicationsnecessary for the proper co-ordination of works that a telegraphic authority possessed under theprovision of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 (Central Act 13 of 1885)."

6. The Chief Engineer/Zone/Visakhapatnam is authorised to take up the works stated at 2 (b) aboveduly following the departmental procedures in vogue.

7. The Chief Engineer/ZoneNisakhapatnam is authorised to take up the 8 kM 2nd circuit stringingworks related to L1LO of 132kV line from 220kV Nidadavolu SS to 132kV Bhimavaram SS onnomination basis duly following departmental procedures in vogue.

8. The order is issued with the concurrence of Chairman and Managing Directorl APTRANSCOvide Reg. No. 564 dated 22/02/2012
