PET Description


The system is design aground the concept of a Actual versus plan production and down time. Predefined buttons are add to call for maintenance, Electrical etc.

Cycle time and product produced are count. The actual versus planned are setup for a shift. Normal Lunch, Tea breaks and startup breaks are separate log for a detail report.

When a call button is press the system will associate the correct message group and Error code. The system log the call and a Whatsapp, Telegram or email will be send to the group.

The overhead display board will display the error and relevant information. On the controller a Call Indicator will display. When the maintenance attend the problem a key switch must be turned. The time arrived will be log. After the repair or call the maintenance clear the call with the key switch position 2.

Detail reporting on every Error etc.

A progress or actual versus plan Tower lights can be added to increase performance.
