ABSTRACTMOODLE was the E-learning platform which was implemented since it is straightforward and expeditious for teachers and students. Furthermore, it was integrated with the control system of LAMS learning activities because it is used to design, manage and develop online learning activities together; the platform can be accessed from anywhere in Cajamarca, by teachers, students and parents, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day as it is on the Internet and every user can have access with their username and password.

In the frame of reference, the concepts of knowledge were analyzed, knowledge management, E-learning. To conduct this project the Nonaka and Takeuchi model was selected which turns the tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge and thus it generates new knowledge. In addition to the model, we added the knowledge management process, thus we managed to develop Knowledge Management Architecture, and then spread it throughout the institution and incorporate the learned lessons to new technologies.

For the methodological process, it was divided into five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation; a test of Architecture Knowledge Management was also conducted with the participation of teachers and students. In the subject of literature, students took responsibility of their learning and participated in a dynamic manner during the teaching process, through collaborative work, in the use of multimedia materials and participation in forums, the teacher was the guide at all times, from the beginning of the development of the content of the course until the end, and finally some conclusions are presented and recommendations which arose when implementing the project.
