    In the past, sometimes humans had no option bu

    So the trick lies in getting through the period of discoafter which one will feel e"ually as good if not better when one started.

    Geduce the number of meat meals gradually. =or e4ample, start out with cutting out meat at brea

    but still eat it for lunch and dinner. Then after a weeof doing this, eliminate meat from both breakfast aand only eat it at dinner. @ventually eliminate it froas well.

    $nother way to phase out meat is to have a meatconsumption day and then the ne4t day would be avegetarian day. $fter a week or two of this, have twvegetarian days between a meat day. Heep increasnumber of veggie days between meat days.

    This causes your own body to produce less hormones anused to producing less hormones as it is getting them frmeat.

    So when you transition to vegetarian, you are left with alevel of hormones as your body is not used to producingamounts> particularly testosterone in men.

    It0s all in the mind. It is easy to psych yourself out. Geminyourself that there are many vegetarians in the world whohealthy and productive. Ignore the fear of possible de+ciethat may come up in your mind.

    When the desire for meat comes upon you, think of the sof the animal being served as a meal and how it must havbegged and pleaded for it0s life. $lso think of the blood an

    Eon0t be too strict on yourself. If you really need to meat, do that and then go back to a vegetarian diegoing to be a gradual process for most people.

    De gentle on yourself during the transition phase.Gemember that you will feel better than ever once over. If you are used to doing intense e4ercise, redu

    level of e4ercise during this time. -ou can pick up thonce the transition phase is over.

    $void consuming too much soy. This can cause a spestrogen in men especially. There are other vegetarprotein sources available.

    Indian cuisine is a good source for vegetarian mideas as the country has had an ancient traditionvegetarianism and the cuisine is designed forvegetarians (more than ;L of the country isvegetarian.
