We will feature your name on marketing materials and around the Talent Incubator work space. Your brand will be associated with supporting talent and innovation within the creative industry. What we ask of you is to help us sponsor this creative talent. We are looking for financial support for talented innovators for 1 year based at Creative Works. There will be a high bar and a rigorous screening and selection process for creative start ups that apply to join our Creative Works ‘Talent Incubator’ Applicants will have to apply online and be able to demonstrate the following:

• a highly innovative business idea, product or service

• use of technology

• market research / proof of concept

• 12 month budget / sales forecast

• 2 industry references

The best applications will be judged by a highly experienced panel including;

• BCE founder Alexis Michaelides

• Big Issue Invest fund manager James Salmon

• Award winning business mentor Yvette Ankrah MBE

• TMRW founder and tech entrepreneur Francois Mazoudier

• Founder and CSR professional Fay Cannings

• Talent Incubator sponsor representatives

At Creative Works our mission to support new talent. We are proud to launch our ‘Talent Incubator’ - a free programme of support aimed at creative startups in year 1 of trading who have an exciting and innovative business idea ready to launch.

Talent Incubator sponsorship packages - £6K / £10K

Successful Talent Incubator applicants will receive:

• Space - Free dedicated desk space at Creative Works for duration of programme

• Resources - Access to expertise in a dynamic workspace space with cutting-edge resources and specialist media and tech equipment

• Digital Training - Access to our network and knowledge base with free access to a tailored package of BCE digital courses, i.e. social media content, digital editing, UX, 3D design

• Masterclasses - Invaluable insights from some of the smartest minds in the start-up, digital, media and music worlds - monthly masterclasses from industry experts

• Mentoring - 1-1 coaching, mentoring, guidance and introductions from key decision makers in the sponsor company & companies in the BCE network (Top 100) - i.e Blaise – Founder Boiler Room TV, Natasha Mann – Head of Marketing Universal Music, Nell Jordan Gent – BBC Radio 1 / Red Bull programmer

• Business support and networking - workshops delivered by industry partners in areas such as finance plus signposting to a variety of startup, small business and tech support channels

• Meet the funders events to help navigate the different funding routes

• Skill sharing workshops and product testing with other startup attendees and BCE students to help refine product

• In house exposure - the opportunity to work with a sponsor on an in house project and gain access to in house mentoring and tools

• Pitch day - chance to present to sponsors and influencers to gain access to funding opportunities and on going support

Sponsorship packages – launch event and app competition

Sponsor the launch event - £5k

• Key note speaker opportunity

• PR and press support from all funding partners and trade press on line and off line - including GLA, Big Issue, Funding for London / CAN, Charity Bank, Barclays

• Talking head interview on promotional video showing companies commitment to Creative Works social mission

• Logo on all invitations, flyers and online promotion

• Prominent branding at launch event and post event video highlights

App Talent! - £10k

• 52% of people’s time spent on digital media is on mobile apps - this clearly indicates the size of the mobile app market worth £77 billion in 2017. App Talent is an opportunity for your brand to launch a competition for the best app developed and delivered by the Creative Works community*

• Focus on 3 keys criteria:

– Solve a social or environmental problem

– User experience

– Use of technology

• App Talent can take the form of a hackathon or sprint to get an MVP for the app up and running in a period of time for user testing. The winning developers will receive a cash prize to help develop the app + mentoring / access to company IP / commercial rights and support with distribution

* We will adopt a similar model to the BCE Gaming Pop Up with LB Waltham Forest in 2018 where BCE gaming students have developed an App for the Wetlands which is now in development with support from Microsoft.

Sponsorship packages – Sound Cube and Digital Training Space

Sponsor our Sound Cube - £20k 3 year sponsorship (co-sponsorship opportunity)

The Sound Cube is a fully soundproofed multimedia and music mastering studio designed for 4-6 people for digital and media edits, music mastering, screenings and play backs. It will be an important resource for a range of creative and digital agencies and music companies based at Creative Works.

Sponsor our Digital Training Space - £10k annual sponsorship

The Creative Works Training suite is a state of the art resource with 20 workstations and a large digital projector to host the busy schedule of commercial training and industry / employability training for young people studying to gain access to the creative sector.

Digital courses available at Creative works to include Photoshop, UX, Maya, Unity, After Effects, Nuke, Native Instruments and Ableton – Planned 400 participants per year.

Apprenticeships, Employability and Access 2 Apprenticeships courses in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events Management, VFX and Media Production delivered by BCE in partnership with Bauer Media and Waltham Forest College – Planned 400 participants per year.

Our space sponsorship package means in addition to our usual sponsorship benefits you can have:

• branding interior and exterior of the Sound Cube / Digital Training Suite

• announcement of sponsorship on marketing collateral, i.e. the website, brochures, PR and a shout out at our Launch event - ‘Sponsor Benefits’
