 First,  we  need  to  move  your  BlackBerry  contacts  to  Outlook:    

1. Open  BlackBerry  Desktop  Manager  2. Connect  your  BlackBerry  to  your  PC  3. Click  Organizer  4. Tick  Contacts  5. Click  Configure  6. Set  up  a  One  Way  Sync  from  the  BlackBerry  to  Outlook  7. Click  Sync  

                                                   Now  that  your  contacts  are  in  Outlook,  we  need  to  move  them  to  your  phone.  There  are  a  few  ways  you  can  do  this.  You  can  set  up  the  Outlook  Email  account  on  your  Lumia,  and  sync  the  contacts  during  the  setup,  or  you  can  export  the  contacts  to  Google,  and  set  up  a  Google  email  account  on  your  Lumia.      Export  your  contacts  to  Google  from  Outlook  2010    

1. Click  File  2. Click  Options  3. Click  Advanced  4. Click  Export  5. Choose  Export  to  a  file  6. Click  Next  7. Choose  Comma  Separated  Values  (Windows)

                             Now  log  into  your  Google  mail  account  (https://mail.google.com)  to  import  this  information  into  there:    

1. Click  Gmail  2. Choose  Contacts  3. Click  More  4. Click  Import  5. Click  Browse  and  find  the  file  you  saved  6. Click  Import

                                                                         Setting  up  an  email  account  on  your  Nokia    Now  that  your  contacts  are  assigned  to  an  email  address  (either  your  Outlook  one  or  a  Google  one)  You  need  to  set  that  account  up  on  the  phone  to  sync  the  contacts:    

1. Swipe  left  from  the  home  screen  2. Choose  Settings  3. Choose  Email  &  Accounts  4. Choose  Add  An  Account  5. Choose  the  relevant  account  type  (Outlook  or  Google)  6. Enter  your  email  settings  7. Click  Sign  In
