    immediate - - immediately within 48 hours; however, i f6 fo r some reason the gentleman i s picked up in another7 county, they would have to br ing him back, and a l so the8 fac t t ha t i f he was picked up on a Friday evening, say,9 a t seven o ' c lock on a Friday evening, the 48 hours
